The staff here is very unprofessional. I had an appointment to have some paperwork notarized. It was a very simple witness document to verify my identity. The associate told me she was uncomfortable with notarizing my document and suggested I go to UPS to get the document notarized. I asked her why UPS would be able to notarize the document and she herself would not be able to. She said that she personally did not feel comfortable putting her stamp on the document but she said that UPS would do it for me. Why is Bank of America employing someone unprofessional and unable to notarize simple documents? It is literally her job. I'm appalled.

This place went downhill with service and pretty much of everything. One teller everything as the other staff roam around or look at the people waiting for teller or other banking services. I want to avoid but it's the only closest one for my business. So sad for this institution to be going down the drain as it has good reputation pre-covid.

Zero stars worst bank ever. There's usually only 1 teller helping and there's always a massive line outside. It takes forever. Super poor management and can't even apologize or help speed up the process!!! Very poor customer service.

Just walked out after waiting 25 min! Reason being my teller had the worst customer service, very rude and telling me he couldn't add up my deposit, DUH you work at a bank! Time o was there was on Thursday 13th of May @315P and was the farthest teller on the left facing the bank! West garden grove branch had no problem, as usual they have the best service hands down! Thanks W. Garden Grove!

How many bilingual people do you have working here. I just seen y'all send this poor lady who just wanted to learn how to use the app in circles. Y'all just wasted her time to over talk her and just shoot her a business card. It's was so annoying to see that instead of trying to understand her or find someone who spoke Spanish y'all just talked over her and send her in some direction.

Worst BofA location. ATMs never let you withdrawal cash. I advise you go to another location as the rest are always running properly

Things Have Improved at this B of A! I have had bad experiences in the past being jerked around while using a State debit card to withdraw money. There used to be guards with machine guns drawn stationed in the lobby. Today, Saturday, I noticed a guard outside but no machine gun people inside. A manger type person at a podium greeted me as I entered. There were no customers and the teller did not give me any trouble buying two rolls of quarters for cash. She didn't ask for my ID or my B of A card which I had ready anticipating the inquisition. So glad to see things have improved.

You know this bank may have only two tellers and lines a bit long but Banks in general always have long lines I've been to Chase and Wells Fargo and Banc of California all lines are long, what those banks lack in is customer service, Bank of America tellers and management will always help you out no matter what, I needed help to get a travel card due to the fact I was going to an international trip and wanted to get rewards for using the card they provided, it's safe to say that their security measures are on point and their rewards systems is the best compared to other Banks, Their banker (Dirar) explained everything from earning points to fraud protection, they've been stepping it up these Pat few months compared to how it was before. This place needed new management and I guess they acquired it.

12 people in line but 2 bank tellers working. There are 5 bank associates are sitting at their tables but 3 working and 2 are doing nothing but chatting with one another.

First off I never need to go into a branch but I needed to get one document notarized. I made the required appointment to speak to a personal banker and got a confirmation number no problem. So the next day I go in right on time for my appointment and immediately am told I need to wait for someone as there isn't anyone available that is notary approved. So I give em a chance and wait and I'm literally waiting well over 15 min and they come back and tell me that the person that needs to help me is at lunch and that I'll need to wait longer. So I reluctantly agreed to wait the 5 more minutes they said I needed to wait it's now 25 min into my appointment time I set up. This branch has no idea how to schedule around appointments and really didn't care otherwise. I told them it's literally just one document that I needed notarized and they said ok it's not gonna be a problem we just need to wait till the approved person is here. So she finally arrives and glances at my document and says "I don't think I can notarize this document" just at a glance?! Really?! Wow! The personal banker goes to another desk sits down and relaxes for another moment sees that I'm with my wife and young child and takes a breather from afar before coming back and telling me that "the document doesn't look official" bruh?! Really? I'm livid at this point but hold my composure and proceed to explain that I looked up the abilities of this branch and notary services are done here and it's just one document that needs a notary witness that's it! She then takes my document out of view to some room where she discussed my document with her so incompetent supervisor and he comes back stating "I've had people come in here with similar documents but theirs looked more official" bruh??!! Really again??!! Then he said that I need to "get something more official and come back" I quickly told him he waisted my time and I don't want to waste theirs and I cannot believe in the amount of incompetence in this establishment and I thank you for your time. Please don't try to get anything official done at this branch they have no idea what they are doing the woman named "Roxanne" doesn't deserve her status.
