I’ve had my Tesla for less than a year, and unfortunately, I’ve had flat tires five times due to nails. I had my tires repaired twice at the Becker Tire Orange location, and this time I brought my car to the Anaheim location. The service at both Becker Tire locations has always been excellent. The staff are honest, professional, and genuinely try their best to repair your tire instead of upselling you on a new one.
Their prices are reasonable, and they don’t use scare tactics like some places that claim Tesla tires can’t be fixed. I really appreciate their integrity and customer service. Highly recommended!

My car broke down in the middle of the night but I was able to limp into their parking lot and left my key with a note. I called them in the morning and they already opened a ticket for a diagnostic check. I really needed my car back the next day and they delivered! Fortunately the issue was not nearly as bad as I expected. Friendly and honest! I highly recommend!!!

Used to try to support this company, but no longer. I ignored that time my wheel started falling off a block from your shop, but whoever (Tim?) was answering your phone recently turned me off forever.

Came for a tire rotation.
Decided to get an oil change too.
Tires weren't rotated.
The service guy at the desk sided with his tech even though it was obvious the rounded shoulders of the front tires were still on the front.
Oil change was fairly priced.
Two stars for the dishonesty.

Excellent and efficient service. Got a 4 tire installment and alignment. Daniel was upfront, gave me the best price options for tires and communicated well via text while I was at work. I dropped my car off around noon on a weekday and he had a member of his team give me a ride back to my workplace. I live in south OC but I would definitely come back to Becker Tire for any future needs. Highly recommend.

The business used to be fair and gave good pricing before Covid. Now they do a half assed job prices for work, and very depending on how the service writer feels that day.
