My family of 4 stayed here for Disneyland and it was a solid hotel with friendly, helpful staff. There’s complimentary breakfast you can eat before the parks open too. Right outside is a bus stop. To walk takes about 30 minutes, which is far too much when you’ll be walking all day at Disney. We drove and parked at Disney, which helped so we had extra stuff in the car close by. For the hotel, the beds are comfy (important!!) and there’s a pool and hot tub too. We enjoyed the hot tub the morning before we left town - a nice way to relax after 12 hour days at Disney. The room also had a fridge. Let me again say how awesome the staff are— they made the hotel experience go from good to great. Thanks!

We stayed here for one night this past week. I would have given this a 1 star but I will give it 3 stars for the following 2 reasons:1- the staff was AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help.2- breakfast was delicious!Other than that, the room we chose was a king, we were given 1 queen bed. I called in and they said it is a King room. In the room it was my mom, my two babies and 1. We fit with more than enough room in a king bed, this one we fit kind of uncomfortably. Also, the bed felt somewhat like there were cardboard between the mattress and sheets. It felt as if we were laying directly on a boxspring.Next was the restroom. The toilet had poor plumbing and the soaps they had there for guests to shower with were completely empty. We also had to ask for toilet paper because there was none.Other than those issues, the room was fairly clean. I can tell they had just finished cleaning the rug because all doors and windows were open to ventilate around the building. The windows are THIN! Be warned that at 3 am you WILL wake up to the ongoing traffic nearby. It nearly gave me a heart attack (LOL).To praise:The Front Desk Representatives there, they went above and beyond. I had issues closing a window, and instead of the female front desk rep., telling me how through the phone, she went up to our room and helped me close it! She was friendly! Another front desk rep., a male this time, made us feel very welcomed the next day during breakfast. I wish I could have asked for their names but I did not.Breakfast was delicious, they had a variety of items. From eggs, sausage and waffles, to muffins, bread, and yogurt. My kiddos have a hard time eating, they ate everything here. They are also very kid friendly here! The pros are the reason for the 3 star review, but I feel like this hotel is not worth what we paid that night.Rooms: Bed is not good, plumbing needs work, inventory is needed before clients occupy.Nearby activities: Disney is nearby I believe

Dan, who was the attendant the night I arrived was extremely helpful. I had flown in from New York, had a very retire. Some trick to get here from San Diego through the storm of the century. I only slept 4 hours. I accidentally booked for the wrong date, and when I realized it I called the hotel. Hotel. Dan was extremely helpful in fixing my reservation so that I could have a bed to sleep in. The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and in order. Traveling solo, I felt very safe at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In the rooms you can hear all the noise from outside as if you were sleeping without windows, also the noise from your next door neighbors. I think the price you pay per night is very high for what they offer.

Booked this in October for just my daughter and granddaughter. My other daughter and granddaughter decided they would like to come too. I called the hotel to see how that worked out, he said we could get a roll away bed, that and adding the additional guests wouldn’t be cost prohibitive. When we arrived, no roll away bed. My granddaughter had to sleep on the damn floor! The bed about killed my back and hips. The room smelled awful! The walk to Disneyland was too far. The bathroom in the lobby? GROSS! I have written a letter to corporate about this situation. So hopefully I can report back a resolution. Stay somewhere else!

We stayed at BW Courtesy Inn just last week of Sept. 2023 for 4 nights. Great location. Good breakfast selection. Front desk staff were friendly and I will absolutely book here again and will even recommend to my friends who are visiting Disneyland. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks a lot to the Manager Juan Martinez. Keep up the good work!

I've stayed at a few Best Western hotels over the years and always had good experiences. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. This Best Western had none of those qualities. It's not a hotel. It's a MOTEL. The name on the business listing should be changed to "motel" so people know what to expect. As soon as we walked into our room, we were hit with a strong odor, a nasty bleach-like smell. A few minutes later we discovered one of the towels had a stain on it. The windows were single paned and didn't block out the street noise at all. And there's a lot of street noise. We had to go to another hotel. It was that bad.

Decent 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney, and Disneyland.Rooms were clean and property was maintained. Free parking for 1 car was a huge plus as that’s offered almost nowhere in this area. Beds were comfortable and the renovated rooms were nice.Literally my only 2 complaints were how loud the Disney fireworks are at 9:30 every night, but that’s to be expected. However, the showers are absolutely terrifying to use. The floors literally feel like tile, and when tile gets wet and slanted it’s impossible to balance on. I had to sit down to wash my lower body and had to put towels down in the shower for my kids to be able to shower.Fantastic and reasonably priced stay otherwise! Highly recommend even with the scary shower situation

Great stay, very clean. Juan was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. He made our stay feel like we were royalty. Christian was very nice and extremely helpful also. This hotel is very close to Disneyland and we enjoyed the firework show from the parking lot.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently and it was a wonderful stay. The room looked newly renovated, the beds were so comfortable and check in was easy. I saw that Best Western listed a picture of their breakfast area and it shows a waffle maker and I was super excited for that but unfortunately, they do not have that anymore. Also, the walk to downtown Disney was about 15-18 mins away and we had Target/grocery store/Starbucks nearby the hotel as well. This was a great stay for a trip to Disneyland, just wish they had the waffle maker that's advertised in their pictures lol. I would totally recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again next trip to Disneyland!

Ridiculous place, the worst of all Best Western hotels I've been to. Unpleasant atmosphere, unhelpful people. Will not visit again.
