We checked in and left our bags in the room to go to the park. After a long day, all we wanted to do was come back and take a hot shower, but the room had no hot water! For a hotel that charges so much, you'd think they would regularly check their rooms for hot water and just general maintenance. We had to wait another 30 min for maintenance to come in and fix. On the phone they said if we wanted to ask about switching rooms, we had to come down to the front desk. Sure we go to the front desk - only to be told there are no rooms left. I was just on the phone with them, why couldn't they tell me this information on the phone? This just added to the inconvenience of this frustrating situation. After the maintenance guy came, the shower had hot water, but the sink still did not. Incredibly disappointing experience - especially because they did not offer anything to compensate us for the extreme inconvenience! Zero customer service.

I have no complaints...the location, the rooms, the breakfast...everything was great! We had a 3 day trip planned to Disneyland and we wanted to be close enough for us to walk to/from the park and not have to rely on shuttles. Which this place was great, not right across from the park but a few yards over. We watched the fireworks from our bedroom window. The rooms were clean and newly updated. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Yes, this is a motel not hotel but we were on the second floor and had no noise complaints or issues. The breakfast was a plus. We were able to enjoy a good breakfast before heading to the park. We had different choices for all of us and the coffee was strong! We grabbed some fruit and granola bars to take with us. The lobby has a hot beverage machine that makes a great latte and hot chocolate! The staff was very friendly.

Stayed for 1 night, we luckily found a parking spot when we got there before 11 am. We pre checked in with Erika, and she was so good. Such a happy, welcoming and friendly lady. She explained hotel amenities, we left our car then headed to the park. We took a break around 3 pm to pick up our keys and rest a little bit. Here is where we were a little upset, there were 3 of us in our group. We all headed to the lobby, they sat down and I headed to the front desk counter, the girl behind the desk was counting her coins, I was fully facing her waiting for acknowledgement or atleast a smile and wave until she finishes her counting but nothing. I stood there looking at her waiting, probably took her 3 minutes to finish all her counting. And still nothing, when she looked up and saw me, she sounded surprised that a guest was infront of her and asked "oh did you need help with something?" I told her well yeah I needed to pick up keys. She did not have any awareness of her surrounding and acted surprised when she had a guest standing there. Had to ask someone else of what her name was because she did not have a name tag. I believe it was Melanie. Anyway, breakfast was great. Good variety of hot foods, plenty of seating and staff were nice and all smiles. Room was good, beds were comfy, pillows were a little small. We liked that the sink was outside of the shower/toilet room easier for other people to get ready. Plenty of mirrors. Shower pressure could be better and shower head could be replaced but everything was clean.

Booked this as part of a Costco Disneyland package and chose it because of 1) Location (very close to Disneyland entrance) and 2) Free hot breakfast. The price of the rooms are $$$ but I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality for a motel. Room was clean and comes with a microwave and fridge and Keurig. There is no in-room safe. 1) Location is fantastic. It's a 7min walk to Disney Esplanade and closer than 2/3 Disneyland Resort hotels. 2) The breakfast was very impressive especially for a motel and better than many mid-tier hotels. There were several hot options (breakfast sandwich, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes/waffles), cereal, bread, fruit, juice and coffee. I felt satiated enough to power me through most of the morning at Disney. Overall, highly recommend if location and hot breakfast are priorities.

The rooms were standard fare. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Employees were wonderful. The 5:30 am trash truck wake-up call helped arriving for Disneyland rope drops easy. Rope drop did keep us away from the 6:30 - 9:30 breakfast tho.Rooms: Spacious. Large, queen-sized beds, ample dresser space. Clean and well maintained.Nearby activities: Across the street from the Disneyland entrance. Nice restaurants next door.Safety: Never concerned while walking in the area.Walkability: Easy 5 to 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Multiple sit-down restaurants next door and up to 10 minutes away.

This is a great hotel! Everyone is so nice and the room was clean. They offer free breakfast and it's a great selection. We just walked across the street right to the entrance of Disneyland also.

Highly recommend! This a motel style hotel right on the strip across from Disneyland. The room was nice. The free breakfast was great. But the big perk is the very very short walk to the park gates. You can even view some fireworks from the balcony/parking lot. The pool and hot tub looked very nice but we never made it in. And we found the several food options on the strip extremely convenient. Calaca Mamas, Denny's, Cold stone, Panera, IHOP, McDonald's, etc. Despite being on the strip it was very quiet and easy to sleep. The trash trucks come kind of early and the WiFi was spotty but overall it was an amazing experience and we would definitely book again.Rooms: Our room had a ton of furniture. We liked the extra long sink counter and numerous mirrors for getting park ready. Beds were comfy as were the club chairsNearby activities: Disneyland, downtown Disney, restaurantsWalkability: I would estimate the walk from your room door to the security tent to be about 2 city blocks. We also walked to several restaurants or grabbed something on our way back from the park.Food & drinks: Calaca Mamas was great, service and good at cold stone was great. Denny's was just ok

We are frequent visitors to DLR, but this was our first time staying at the Beat Western Plus. The price was a little higher than some of our usual hotels, but since my mom has a bad hip and we had 2 kids (the first year without strollers), we decided the location was worth a little more money. I'm a picky sleeper so I'm always concerned with bed comfort and noise level. I was a little concerned that we were placed on a corner near the elevator and we'd hear everyone coming and going all day and night. But to my surprise (aside from some loud roller bags of people checking in during the day), it was surprisingly quiet. I don't think we were woken up by anyone during our 4-night stay. The beds were reasonably comfortable, and the room was a good size. The free breakfast is located upstairs from the Mexican restaurant next-door. You just walk in and check in with the employee in the morning and go upstairs. There was a huge variety of breakfast items available, including a different hot item each day, fruit, granola, bars, yogurt, oatmeal, Pastries, bagels, coffee, and juice. The quality wasn't amazing, but for a "free" (included in the price of the room) breakfast it was better than most. Like all hotels in the area, there is paid parking and they have specific rules about the hours. They are very clearly stated and not unusual for the area. We had no issues parking. We did have a couple of maintenance issues, the pod coffee maker in our room didn't work, and we asked for it to be repaired or replaced the first day. it wasn't and we had to request it again the second day. We also had an issue with the toilet not flushing, but when we reported it that morning, it was fixed by the time we came back to the room in the afternoon. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The single elevator was extremely slow, especially because there are only three floors. We ended up taking the stairs down from the third floor rather than wait most of the time. All in all, we'd definitely consider it for a future stay!

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for our recent trip to Disneyland (last week). I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The front office staff was pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very professional and always left our room spotless. They do start cleaning early but if you leave early they will gladly clean your room when approached. If we needed anything such as towels or extra blankets, they were on it quickly. The rooms were a good size with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave (major plus). The breakfast was excellent. It had both hot and cold options and the breakfast staff was on point. They were quick to refill items, kept things clean, and were very helpful. It is the best hotel brekfast we've encountered around the park (hot breakfast is rare around the park). We would have breakfast prior to heading to the park and we were good to go until we had a late lunch. We also got to enjoy the pool. It is a smaller unheated pool but it also had a jacuzzi which we frequented during our stay. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and this one is currently our top choice so far. They are also next door to Denny's, Tony Romas, and IHOP. Definitely recommend this hotel.Nearby activities: Across the street from the park.Walkability: Very quick walk to corner stores, restaurants, and the parkFood & drinks: Hot and cold breakfast was awesome.

Title: Disastrous Stay - Severe Mold Infestation at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn My recent experience at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite my initial excitement to book this hotel for its affordability and proximity to Disneyland, it turned out to be a complete disappointment and health hazard. Upon waking up the first morning, my entire family was plagued with severe congestion. Initially, we attributed it to travel fatigue, but as the days passed, our symptoms worsened. We even resorted to purchasing a humidifier from Walmart to alleviate my three-year-old's stuffy nose. Strangely, every afternoon when we were at the park, we felt significantly better. By the third morning, I was bedridden, unable to even get out of bed. It was then that I realized something was gravely wrong. Given my extreme allergies, I suspected mold as the culprit. Upon investigation, I was appalled to discover that both of our rented hotel rooms were infested with mold. The sight was both shocking and utterly disgusting. Faced with this distressing revelation, my family had no choice but to hastily pack up and find another hotel late at night. The manager did assist us in locating alternative accommodations, and she tried her best to accommodate our needs. However, the damage to our health had already been done. As a result, I had to seek medical attention and received a steroid shot, while my daughter continues to suffer from congestion and required a doctor's visit as well. Given the severity of our ordeal, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay at Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn. It is imperative that the hotel undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure that every room is free of mold. The health and well-being of its guests should be of paramount importance, and their failure to address this issue is deeply disappointing. While the manager's efforts to assist us were appreciated, it is clear that the hotel's negligence resulted in our distressing experience. It is my hope that by sharing this review, others will be cautious and avoid the potential health hazards that we encountered during our stay. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before considering Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn as their accommodation choice. Your health should never be compromised, and it is essential to choose a hotel that prioritizes cleanliness and guest well-being above all else.

We had a wonderful stay here. Amazing location we walked back and fourth between Disneyland and our hotel while we were there. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and an impressively good breakfast. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Disneyland.

I liked this hotel more than I thought I would. We were impressed with our stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They pool was nice and fun. Our tv wasn’t working at first so we had to have a maintenance guy come fix it. He fixed it with no problem and was friendly. This hotel had a great breakfast. It’s across the street from Disneyland.

The location is amazing. You can't get any closer then this location. But it needs some updating. Our room felt dirty and dingy. Needs to be updated. Fresh paint, new hinges and doors, light fixtures and carpet would go along way. 4 nights ran us about $1600 and we stayed during the week. You're basically paying for location because the actual hotel is almost a motel.
