This hotel can't be beaten for location, especially if you are visiting Disneyland! The staff were all amazing, the whole place was clean, tidy and well maintained.
My only complaint was breakfast. The food was nice enough, decent selection.... but the flimsy, plastic cutlery was almost impossible to eat with. Everything was unfortunately designed to be thrown away (plates, cups, cutlery) it all seemed incredibly wasteful and it was clear nothing was getting recycled.
Other than that, absolutely no complaints!! Would 100% recommend to anyone 😊

Great location with an easy walk to downtown Disney for access to Disneyland and California adventure. It also has two pools and two hot tubs and an adorable little topiary garden. Breakfast is included with real food and eggs and potatoes and pastries and fruits. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel.

This is a great location. You can walk to Disneyland from here but takes about 15-20 minutes. For a Best Western, this is quite a great hotel. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are very clean. Didn't have a single problem with our room and we always had fresh towels every day. They serve free buffet style breakfast and for a lower scale hotel the breakfast was really good with a wide variety. They had eggs, potatoes, rotated sausage and ham each day. Variety of juices, coffee, and milk. Fruit, yogurt, bagels, and Danish. The one thing we didn't realize it pay attention to when booking the hotel was that parking is $20 per day. We would choose this hotel again.

I love the location of the hotel. The lobby and eating area always smells clean. The pools/Jacuzzi area are nice, I like the small kids pool and 2 Jacuzzis. The room is a bit small for 5 people (2 adults, 3 kids). Nice shower. The free breakfast could be improved.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, close walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland, Disney California Adventure.
Excellent complimentary breakfast including some assortment of eggs, sausage links, chorizo patties, juices, coffee, cappuccino, oatmeal and more.
Some guests were disturbing at 10pm, 11pm, 2am, 2:30am, 3am, 3:30am, 4:30am and 6am, seemingly unaware that some guests may be sleeping.
Coffee keurig machine, mini refrigerator and microwave convenient for beverages and heating up meals.

Came back again after a terrible experience last year. I came back a few months after that experience and the room I got was good no complaints however the room I received today is horrible. I really thought this would be my go to Disneyland hotel from now on but I guess I was wrong. Checkin wasnt great. Front desk person was very bland and monotone. When asked about why I got 2 full beds instead of 2 queen beds he only said it would cost $10 plus tax per night. No apologies or anything just give me your money and shut up attitude. The room smells old and musty. When I turned the sink on it smelled like sewer water. Same went with the shower water. There were no outlets near any of the beds. Only one by the door and one under the desk. My charger cable is not that long and I can't plug my phone and magic bands at onnce or feet away when I need to hear the phone in case of an emergency. I am staying here for 3 nights and can barely get thru one. I'm really upset that my magical trip has been ruined yet again by a hotel chain I trust and stay loyal too. I am hoping I can find another BW nearby that does at least the bare minimum.

Excellent hotel!! Pleasant, polite and attentive staff. Pool area is amazing with two pools and three hot tubs. Beautiful landscaping. Great continental breakfast with many options. Rooms are clean and big enough to organize 4 ppl. Overall 10 out of 10.
Walkability: 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney.

We stayed for 2 days at Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn to spend our vacation at Disneyland with our two children (ages 2 and 6). While the check-in process was quick and friendly, they were given room #220. Our first night, we returned from Disneyland at 10 PM, planning to go back early the next morning. Unfortunately, our night was terrible.
There was a strange noise coming from the ventilation system, and the walls and lights were vibrating. The noise was so loud and disruptive that none of us, including our children, could sleep. We didn't complain to the hotel that night because it was late, but the next morning, we requested to change rooms and went to Disneyland feeling like zombies. Despite our clear distress, nobody apologized; they just gave us a new room.
The new room was fine, but the staff's lack of concern was disappointing. It was clear they knew about the problem with room #220 but still assigned it to us, perhaps because we had young children. This ruined our children's first experience at Disneyland.
I have never left a bad review for any hotel in my life, but this experience warrants it. Please avoid room #220 if you stay here.

Very noisy location! Although the motel is close to Disneyland, it is on a very busy, very loud road. Construction early in the morning woke us up every morning. Motorcycles, revving their engines all hours of the night, sirens nightly.
We were on 3rd floor, room had a musty, funky smell. We got used to it. But is was not pleasant. Rooms are rather dark and dreary.
Pools are nice, lots of kids.
Parking is $20 per night.
The breakfast is the highlight of the stay.
So in closing, if your looking for a quiet place, that has no funky odor, look elsewhere.
Staff was kind and did keep outer areas very clean. Maid did peek into our windows even though we had the "privacy please" tag on our door. My daughter and I watched her peeking in for at least a minute.

Loved this place. Staff were amazing, kind and friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Safety deposit was incredibly safe kinda like the banks. Location to Disney is a 5-10 min walk and can see the fireworks right from the hotel. It’s not a fancy place but was perfect for what we needed. Also, pool area was clean and spotless.
