I assume the owners are a couple, they argue in front of the customers, the big guy is very rude and looks like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. Seems like if it wasn’t for the wife this place wouldn’t still be standing.

This store has a super rude employee. I wasn’t going to this store first cause I was going to get a haircut and then to this store to check out the phones cause I’m a boost mobile customer. The man ask me what store I was going first. I said to the hair salon and he said to move in a rude way. He had literally no customers 😂😂 , there was no cars parked in front of the store. I called APD and they couldn’t do anything. Please go to other stores for all your needs.

This store even tho It say it open from 11am to 4pm they keep it close why do they advertise those hrs if they not gona have it open there a guy. Tht just looks at u but dosent even bother to say if they gona open or not

The lady and guy are so rude and have no respect for the customers. If i can give 0 stars i would! Dont come here , its better off getting information or making a payment at the boost on EUCLID & BALL RD. Those people are an amazing help!!!! Recommend!!!!!

Rude cx service, the guy there is just standing with and attitude throwing things on the table. So unprofessional!! Good thing I don't have boost we came here for my wife younger sister who has boost, who will no longer have boost will take here to t mobile !

These guys are horrible! Go to T Mobile, Mint Mobile anywhere but here! I paid $57 a month for 5 yrs and they $&:$$:!##!!!

Lisa and Jose are awesome! I didn't know they were here, and I could've bought my phone directly from them, avoiding the hassle of getting it shipped from Boost, which took over a week. Plus their customer service is top notch, and they know what they're doing! I finally received my phone from Boost, but had trouble activating online, and the boost customer support was no help, (other than recommending this store). I took it in, and Lisa had my phone set-up and programmed in less than 10 minutes, explained my current program, verified I was getting 5G, and got me set up on phone insurance. If you like Boost, or want to get set-up with a great phone and everything else, go here. I highly recommend it.

I've never in my life dealt with someone more disrespectful than this guy. Multiple of times as well I think he's the owner, but boost mobile should be embarrassed that this man is representing the name. You're better off going to another location guys honestly. And to boost mobile please reconsider franchising to this type of customer service they're representing the corporate name terribly wrong.
