The lady and guy are so rude and have no respect for the customers. If i can give 0 stars i would! Dont come here , its better off getting information or making a payment at the boost on EUCLID & BALL RD. Those people are an amazing help!!!! Recommend!!!!!

Lisa and Jose are awesome! I didn't know they were here, and I could've bought my phone directly from them, avoiding the hassle of getting it shipped from Boost, which took over a week. Plus their customer service is top notch, and they know what they're doing! I finally received my phone from Boost, but had trouble activating online, and the boost customer support was no help, (other than recommending this store). I took it in, and Lisa had my phone set-up and programmed in less than 10 minutes, explained my current program, verified I was getting 5G, and got me set up on phone insurance. If you like Boost, or want to get set-up with a great phone and everything else, go here. I highly recommend it.

I've never in my life dealt with someone more disrespectful than this guy. Multiple of times as well I think he's the owner, but boost mobile should be embarrassed that this man is representing the name. You're better off going to another location guys honestly. And to boost mobile please reconsider franchising to this type of customer service they're representing the corporate name terribly wrong.

THIS IS THE BEST BOOST MOBILE experience, the staff is knowledgeable and competent unlike other boost stores, my father was able to get a sim for his 11 pro max. 10/10

One of the worst-worst Boost Mobile locations ever. I've been with Boost for more then 3-4years, and I've never met any location as this one. I've been due for an upgrade for a while and choose to look into it. Out of all the locations I've been I was near this one unfortunately. As soon as I walked in the Sales Guy later to be known as (Jose) was eating and eating unappreciated adult content on his computer. Not only did he take 10-15 to even bother if I needed help or greed he continued on his computer. In the end I asked for his name and sure enough and rudely he asked why. I said am do for an upgrade was hoping to look into it. He began to say Boost has no upgrade phone sales are full price, I-Phone start at 1,800. I simply asked for his name and walked away. It's places like this that give Boost Mobile Companies a bad rep. Avoid these scammers and this unprofessional and inappropriate persons by the name (Jose). Perhaps the other sales associates are more personal but not this one. Boost is a good service company and not all locations are bad just this one. I hope management handles this situation for I have gone to other measures to ensure children and women never come across this situation with the associate name (Jose). Adult content on the computer is not appropriate in business that has multiple people coming in and out. Keep your personal problems at home and respect the people and work place.
