They are responsive and easy with appointments, often providing same-day service. The place is very clean and prices are reasonable. Pets leave feeling calm and sometimes receive a bandana. Customer service is phenomenal and warm. Many customers find it hard to find a groomer that cuts specific fur well but are pleased with the results, stating they will definitely be coming back.

I love that they keep notes of the style of groom, so when I return they know which style I want for my fur baby. My dog always smells great!

I know my dog can be a bit dramatic and fussy when it comes to grooming but Pet Star did an amazing job. We got the Mini Groom and I am so happy. Will definitely be bringing my dog back. (Before and after pics!)
