Not only did he coordinate the purchase, but he also arranged for installation and repair of some damaged planks caused by a couch spring.
The team that came out was incredibly professional, and the final result is absolutely perfect—seamless and consistent with the rest of the home. From walking into the store to completion, the whole process took less than two weeks (and would’ve been even faster if I hadn’t been waiting on a new couch delivery).
