“Had an excellent experience! Contacted them on a Saturday morning, by Saturday afternoon I had already met with their rep and made an appointment to get our wall-to-wall carpeting replaced 3 days later. Carpeting was done in about 5 hours, the two men were professional and friendly and very easy to work with. Highly recommend Express Carpet and Hardwood!

The flooring I needed was being discontinued, but Art at Delta Floors went above and beyond to help me track it down. Not only did he coordinate the purchase, but he also arranged for installation and repair of some damaged planks caused by a couch spring.
The team that came out was incredibly professional, and the final result is absolutely perfect—seamless and consistent with the rest of the home. From walking into the store to completion, the whole process took less than two weeks (and would’ve been even faster if I hadn’t been waiting on a new couch delivery). “The guys did good work with the carpet. Arrived on time. Saved me a bunch of money by explaining that the sofa I thought could be cleaned and put back in new condition was shot.
