This is the worst drive through chase I've ever experienced. I've been banking with chase for 10 years and two years ago moved close to this location. Either the machines are slow or don't work. My recent experience I was depositing $485 cash and it only counted $360!!!! I automatically hit cancel instead of continuing. Machine did distribute my $485 back. Luckily I counted my money before i deposited. Count every dollar before you choose to deposit here. Now I will go the extra miles to avoid the headache of this location. 0 stars

If I could rate this place 0 Stars, I would. No customer service, just all about money. Had a recent hack of my debit card within the month. The hacker was able to withdraw $400 and $200 from my account without any problems specifically at this Chase location. I tried making a claim and told them about being hacked because I never visited the branch that day, but they declined my claim because they firmly believed it was me that did these two separate withdraws. The hacker also use my debit card at Popeyes for $15.50, yet they were able to cover that charge no problem. Shows character, Chase only cares about numbers ($) and not about the customer. I've been banking with Chase over 7 years now and never filed a claim for withdrawal before and the one time I file a claim for a withdrawal that wasn't me. I can't be helped? I dislike the customer service. I will never trust Chase with my money ever again.

Chase policy is to cash any check with two forms of ID for any amount. This bank didn't even look at my ID THEY JUST LOOKED AT ME AND SAID NO. I've worked at Wells Fargo and I know they profiled me and gave me some fake information about the customers. They also have me personal information about their customers account. That's releasing confidential information. That manager should be fired.

I went in to withdraw from my checking account and I was in-n-out very quickly. The bank teller was friendly and provided me with the exact bills I requested. She was very professional and put the cash through the counter machine so that I can see the calculated cash as well. There were plenty of ATMs available for quick withdraw and deposits as well. The parking lot is small, but you'll find a spot as bank patrons leave after they're done. Note: This branch is open on Saturday and closes at 2pm, NOT 4pm as stated on Yelp's hours.

Adrian went above and beyond for me today ! I needed to get my newphew a bank account/credit card to start his young adulthood early . Adrian was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable helping us . Also, Anyssa greeted us right away making us feel welcomed . Thank you Chase staff I look forward to doing business again soon !

this chase is trash, atms never in service and apparently employees who physically populate the building are unable to trouble shoot their own atm machines due to a THIRD PARTY contract where they have an outside party come service these trashed up atms. disgusting and a waste of time. but honestly adds up with how terrible this branch is kept.

Front desk workers are friendly but my experience opening a business bank account here was terrible. I made an appointment to open a business bank account here but they were short staffed so my "appointment" took over an hour since the guy was going back and forth between the front desk and his office. No fault of his but Chase needs to hire some people. When I asked him about a part of the application, he gave me the wrong answer and it caused a discrepancy with my account that got it restricted. So after multiple trips, and a 20 minute wait time on the phone I need to make another appointment just to get it fixed. Next appointment is in 4 days. Already want to close my account and I barely just opened it.

I have been with Chase for over 30 years and Im very happy with DAFNE the teller....I just wanted all the managers know she is doing an amazing job...she has a heart of gold and makes you feel right at home I never met a nice lady so genuine like her.... some one give this LADY a raise....lol

This branch has the worst customer service, 2 times I have made appointments for my banking needs. The first time the associate just didn't show up or call me to reschedule. Now Ivan wants me to reschedule my Saturday appointment and he doesn't work Mondays either, which were the only days I can do. I expressed that I needed to get this done sooner rather than later, I asked him if I could see another associate he said no. I told him that I have never had an issues with Chase until coming to this branch, these two incidents are the tip of the iceberg. Needless to say he advised me I could make an appointment for my banking needs at a different branch if I was in such a hurry. The manager Juan S. Hernandez is no better. I'm surprised that Chase hasn't done anything about the staff at this branch.

ATM has a limit on how much you can withdraw, so I couldn't withdraw the amount I needed today because branch was closed, this branch has a lot of emergencies and constantly closing, things happen and I understand, but at this branch they happen a lot. Sign upfront just says they're closed and doesn't even advise on closest location. This branch alone is making me question my relationship with chase and will most likely be closing my account due to constant inconveniences with them.

Sigh I really want to like this chase it's literally blocks away from my house but yet again another disappointment. I asked the teller at the drive thru to take out 20 dollars in rolls of quarters and then take 1650 in cash for my landlords rent payment. She goes and takes the money and the quarters counts it and hands it to me all neatly in an envelope cool?! Right?! Well I gave that same envelope to my landlord he calls me and says your shy of 620 dollars where is the rest? I said holy shit I check the receipt and the receipt says 1650 withdrawn where's my transaction for my quarters and where's the rest of my money? I roll back to chase speak to one of the managers Manager automatically tells me to call the number on my receipt. I tell her that's unacceptable and that I withdrew the money from a teller. She goes back and counts the money I'm sweating bullets thinking I'm assed out of 600 bones. She comes back with the 600 and say sorry we make mistakes sometimes hell fucking shit that's one big ass mistake what if I asked to take out 10 grand. I know I know next time count your money before you leave. I was at the drive thru there were at least 8 cars behind me and I didn't want people waiting on me.

Always come to this branch, normally a line for the drive up ATM, and with all the construction going on in this corner, makes it a mission to deposit some cash! Never make it inside the branch but the outside is a little run down

Come at 8:57am to do same transfer balance. They open the door at 9am and the teller told that banker will come at 9:15am so i wait and the guy show up look on the list. On the list is only me and other guy. I saw he had appt but i don't but he told me that he will help me after he put his stuff away. He come back and told me he had to help the other guy who had appt. I said that fine and he said let me ask the Store manager can help you. So he go ask the store manager and told me that store manager don't know to do transfer balance. He tey explain to me "again" sorry i have to see the customer already have appt first and i have to wait another banker or wait for him to finish to help other customer in 30 min. This banker just waste 15-25mnt walking around while he help the cuatomer and get it done. Make me so mad and disappointed with the service that they provide. Unfortunately i don't get the banker name, he don't have his name tag but his asian with the hair gel . I hope Chase bank give him more trainning for customer service how to treat customer. Don't go to this location if you want end up like me.
