The lady that works at night that drives the silver Ford Escape is terrible. She sees you standing at the outside window since the inside is closed, and have the nerve to duck as if you can't see her. Understandably she may be restocking, but what is the purpose of having a darn window if your gonna try and hide from customers. Furthermore she is using a chemical spray to clean up, followed by direct contact of cold food sandwiches for that same shelf. Never washed her hands in between what she was doing...Just lazy, tacky looking, and unfriendly

The morning team here is awesome, you will not find kinder people!!! The manager here is very nice, also they have a gothic looking girl her name is vampira but she is super nice so down to earth I miss this place

Edwardo the store manager last night was extremely aggressive has no people skills I really can't believe that they would have a person like him insulting costumers tell I just had to walk out of the store because him and Marvin refused to do there jobs

Rude attendant! Called to ask about gas can and was not willing to disclose the price over the phone. "This is not a phone service" that was his response. Obviously if a customer is out of gas and is going to walk a few miles, it would be nice to know the cost just incase they don't have enough money. Smh he swears I'm calling for fun. Asshole!

This gas station suck. Paying customers should have the right to use the restroom. The on katella and glassell is the best. You can use the restroom any time of the day. Tho it has McD in it too, hence why. No questions ask. Lazyworkers who don't want to clean the restroom get bad reviews. It's a gas station and has to have a restroom ready for paying customers. I hate this gas station. Always dirty. Bad service.

Rude night attendant. I was on my way home to San Diego and needed to find a restroom at around 4:15am. I had high hopes for this location as it looked to be well lit and fairly clean at first glance. When I walked in, I noticed the bathrooms were "out of service". I figured I'd ask for guidance on where to try next, as I'm unfamiliar with the area. Unfortunately, from the moment I said "Good morning!" I could tell she didn't want to be bothered with helping me. She was unwilling to answer any of my questions.. just rude for no reason.

Management is a joke and they treat their employees badly. Just from an interaction i observed while i was there. I rather push my car to the next station rather spend my money here.

Refused to sell a lighter unless over 21. There is no law. Overall unfriendly and I do not recommend.

This Chevron location is easily one of my favorite locations, specifically because of the laser Car Wash system that they have. I'm not sure if it's 24 hours or not; all I know is that every single time that I need it, it comes in handy. It always has my car looking really clean and crisp. I also think that the gas service is easy and simple and it's never too crowded-- but there is usually a slight wait. I haven't really dealt with customer service people on the inside, but I've never seen anything happening on the outside that would make me think something happened on the inside that was bad. It's a decent location. Try it out, especially their laser Car Wash system.
