High turnover of the staff is affecting service which has been an issue for a long time causing customers to spend more time in branch. Hope they focus on this issue to resolve it sooner than later.

Best customer service ever , everyone are so friendly and nice . I looked at other reviews and I really was shocked ! They are so nice and polite and I'm so happy with Citibank.

The worse branch ever!! My ATM card was compromised couple months ago for $800 at an ATM machine in LA. The customer service wasn't really helpful and rude, until I ended up closing my account. My husband still have an account with Citibank but we don't go to this branch anymore. We prefer to go to Yorba Linda branch, they are very friendly and helpful. They don't open on Saturdays, but its better compare to be treated rude. We don't need that kind of service while we put a lot of money at Citibank. I called La Palma branch again today, asking some information about their safe deposit box, and they still haven't changed. They still rude and can't give a correct information. They don't even know their own product!!! What I don't understand is, how come two different branches can have two different services while its all under the same roof, Citibank? I will never go or contact LA Palma branch anymore.

This location is the closest to my home. I have used this location for many banking issues. It is easy to access and easy parking. Everyone here seems to be really nice to deal with. The building is a bit old but nothing bad. Nice waiting area. A few desks that used to have someone there. Now there might be one person at the desks. Went in for notary service. The notary was no longer available at this location... Really???!!! What a letdown. Citi says they provide customers with Notary service. I guess I will have to find one on my own. This sucks as Notary is provided to me for free. This sucks... A long drive for nothing.

I am so unhappy with Citibank, my husband and I have been with them for 6 years, we had fraudulent charges on our account of over 1,800. Our claim has been cancelled 2 times and no one seems to know why, it seems the way this bank does business is giving you the run around and blaming every other person they can. They refuse to give our money back and keep telling us it will take at least 10 business day to decide if they will be returning it. We have never been outside of California yet they somehow think it was us making the charges in Ohio while we were both at work. this company is insane we are immediately transferring our business elsewhere!! All of our bill are due as it is the beginning of the month and all they told me is to put payment on my credit card I have with them, amazing....
