I was shocked to see the current rating of this branch. I've been inside this branch a couple of times. Both times, the staff has been very attentive, accommodating, professional and efficient. The lobby is nice and cozy. Perhaps the rating reflects a previous management. But as of now, 5 solid stars!

High turnover of the staff is affecting service which has been an issue for a long time causing customers to spend more time in branch. Hope they focus on this issue to resolve it sooner than later.

Terrible service 2 lines one for cust one for non cust it 11:40 in morning on a payday friday ONLY ONE!!!! Teller with 8 people in line!!! And mounting!!!!Waiting over 30min have not MOVED!!! There are 10 windows!!!!

Fed up with this bank, especially this branch! I walk into cash a check with 2 people at the teller and only myself line. I come to this bank every couple of weeks. As the line begins to build I am finally called to a window where I am told I have to wait in line again! I was here before every other person in line ! The manager ignores my pleas for reason as of I'm not even talking to her ! Ridiculous ! I can't believe this bank, very unprofessional!

. Some branches do not cash checks. Feel horrible at this bank waited in line for 12 minutes then I was redirected to a non client line. After the line disappeared 15 minutes later then I was called up. I used to live Citi bank! Not sure why there outcasting non clients . Super disappointed!!!

Went to this location because it's down the street from my house, and I was in a rush to open another checking account. The teller greets me and asked how he could help me. I told him I needed to open a checking account. He looks at the manager and the manager starts talking to him. He then tells me I need to bring a bill with my address on it because my ID doesn't have my current address. I said ok, well what else can I show you because I need to get this done? They tell me to bring a W-2 then dismisses me. Both teller and manager were extremely rude. They had horrible attitude and customer service. I went to another location right after and they had no problem using my current address and I was helped right away.

I went in to open a business account. Edgar and Naomi worked very diligently (even stayed late) to help me out open the account. Great experience!

I just went to go open a corporate account with citi bank. ( I've already been with them for 4 years with my other business account) George Salazar basically refused to help me open an account & tried to talk me out of even applying? Why? My only assumption is that he judged us off of our apparel unaware of the $25,000 check I had in my pocket for the initial deposit. Not only that but he expressed that my business was subject blocked from transactions at anytime which would interrupt our business, (which has never happened to any of my other accounts) that he didn't want to open our account & get in trouble & that he would have to contact their fraud department prior to opening the account. His whole demeanor was uninviting and made it clear he didn't feel we were worth his time to assist us with our account. I will be closing my other account as well.

Service is horrible, because the branch manager shows favoritism to his race. Sat and waited, and they served the two customers that came in after me. Get better and fair service at other banks. I'm pulling all my money out of this low class service hole.

If they can't made money off you, they will cancelled your account with notice, it happen to my wife and my sister, also it happened to my bro in laws.

Honestly one of the worst branches I've visited. Horrible service and lines that are just ridiculous.
