Not a lot to comment here but just flagging the fact that they don't offer change for non-members, even just quarters. I stopped by an ATM to get cash, then realized I needed $10 worth of quarters. I walked in, and the inside seemed clean. There was no wait, I walked to the teller for what i thought an easy transactions. Just to find out, they don't give change to non-member because they have to process the transaction through their system. Not very welcoming for new potential clients. Realizing I only wanted a roll of quarters. Recommendation Citi - Do better!

Worst customer service ever, I walked in because I lost my ATM card, there's no sign in clipboard so I sat down since the two reps were helping other customers at the moment. So I waited 15 min , not once did anyone ask what I needed, mind you the male and females made eye contact with me not once did they say I'll be right with you, not even asked what I needed at this point it has been 29 min that I was there . Which I thought was weird because the other branches customer service reps are friendly and give you an ETA on when they will be able to help . so when one of the reps (white girl) was done with the customer she was working with she didn't ask me anything at this point I said excuse me can someone help me she said I have to leave she turns around and looks at the male rep(Latino guy) and he replies I have another appointment in 10 min mins you no one was there waiting, I replied by saying I need an ATM replacement the white girl said the teller can help you. What! I was like whatever went to the teller she repeated my address and everything for her to mail it to the wrong apartment really! Never again will I come to this branch . But reading all the previous reviews they are not lying

What's not to like, open Saturdays. Has a homelike atmosphere. They are fast and friendly. They're willing to work with you. Easy access, parking,.ATMs outside but well-lit and a lower one for wheelchairs and walkers; also a lowered counter and regular chairs at teller windows.

Stay away!! They closed my credit card and damage my credit!!! They didn't sent me any letter to warmed me. I just got text message they closed my credit card.

Had an appointment with Rigoberto. He was a jive guy but was giving me the run around on why my 11 am appointment had to be moved to 12 after I got there. Trying to make it seem like I made a last minute appointment (I made the appointment a week ago). I'm thinking he forgot and tried to shift the blame. Use this bank if you don't care about waiting an hour just to make a deposit and open an account

Ridiculous bank! It has been a month and I have yet to receive a card or any account information but they insist on sending emails for me to add money. How do I if I haven't received anything? I try to sign in but I need the information to register. I call but they ask for account numbers WHICH IS WHY I AM CALLING IN THE FIRST PLACE! They don't care about new customers than they can fester in hell.

If CITIBANK ever offers you a promotion by opening an account when you are depositing a large amount. Say NO. They will lie to you when you will receive the promotion credits. They will say 4 months, then 5 months, then 6 months. I have used this bank for 30 years, they have never given me any benefits. I am going to move to another bank. This bank sucks. No loyality promotions. Just lying about their promotions and provide harassing and bad services. I have to repeat 3 times for the teller to know that I am talking about a promotion that every staff in the bank should know. Absolutely horrible. The supervisor is the worst. I have never met such incompetence abd horrible bank staff. Instead of apologizing to me of all the inconvinienece this is causing me and time I wasted visiting. He just rolled his eyes and talked in a rude and would not care a s*** manner.

The Citi Bank branch on Euclid has been our bank for many years. The tellers there always have a smile on their face and are always very pleasant. One person in particular I want to give a shout out to is Junior, he is just a fantastic young man who is very respectful and gracious. He always answers my questions and has taken care of my banking needs. What an asset to have on your team, I have nothing but respect for that young man!

Absolute worst customer service. Branch should be condemned. The staff there are poorly trained and under-qualified to run a bank. This bank in general lacks everything you can find at a real bank. BofA, Wells, Chase are ages ahead of Citibank. Dont waste your time or money at Citibank.

Junior helped my husband and I figure out which checking account was best for us. He greeted us as soon as we walked in, and he answered all of our questions for us. I work in the banking industry, so I know how hard it can be to make each customer feel like they're your only customer when you see so many faces walk through the door. He made us feel like he was taking special care of us, and I was even thinking of moving all of my primary accounts to this branch as a result of his customer service. My only issue with the branch is that it has that old dusty smell and the chairs in the lobby look very dirty. Nonetheless, didn't want to take away stars since I had such a great experience!

I was shocked to see the current rating of this branch. I've been inside this branch a couple of times. Both times, the staff has been very attentive, accommodating, professional and efficient. The lobby is nice and cozy. Perhaps the rating reflects a previous management. But as of now, 5 solid stars!
