I have nothing but positive things to say about Coastal Spa. They have a great team of associates that help you from the purchase to the installation above and beyond. Kudos to Max who listened to what I was looking for in a hot tub and picked out models that met my concerns. He even came out to my house after the hot tub was installed, and I was having problems with the Bluetooth. How many salesmen would do that. The delivery and installation team headed by Erik went way beyond what a normal installation crew would do. I had a hiccup with an error message and the Bluetooth radio Mike and Justin came out from their service department and I’m now a happy camper I was totally amazed in how fast they would respond to my concerns and would recommend them. Great customer service.

I recently discovered that the base of my Caldera Spa had been wet for a couple of weeks before realizing something was wrong. After searching online and reading reviews, I decided to reach out to Coastal Spa since they’re an authorized dealer for my spa brand.
I got in touch with Mike, the service manager, who was incredibly helpful. He provided several suggestions to help us save on repair costs, including using a leak sealer. He was upfront in explaining that the leak sealer is only a temporary fix and might need to be reapplied yearly. After doing some research and discussing with family, we decided to move forward with a permanent repair.
Mike and Justin came out to do the work. We originally thought the spa might need to be moved since it’s positioned very close to a fence, but they worked their magic and managed the repair without relocating it.
They arrived on time, were professional, dog-friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The whole experience was smooth and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!

We called Coastal Spa and Patio to service a 5 year old swim spa. Mike Plunkett was the service technician who came to assess the issues we were having. He was courteous and professional. He clearly explained the available options for our particular unit and was able to get the spa fixed and ready for use. Mike provided great customer service and we will be sure to call Coastal Spa in the future.

Bought a house with an existing Spa and soon found out it needed much tlc. Mike Plunkett came out, assessed the issues and was able to get us up and running in no time. Hot Springs Eonvoy is fabulous for our family needs. I highly recommend this Hot Tub. Besure to get the Bluetooth sound system with the subwoofer. We went with ozone and silver nitrate for purification.
We were fortunate to also be able to pick up a beautiful louvered aluminum canopy for the hot tub and a really nice Manhattan aluminum high table & chair set for a tremendously good price because of our Hot Tub purchase!

We recently purchased our first hot tub ever at Coastal Spa and we were very fortunate to partner with Ali. Ali was very friendly and approachable and he was the opposite of your typical pushy salesperson. He helped to guide us in getting the right hot tub that met our family’s needs. Ali was very patient and informative during our purchase. We’ve had our hot tub a few months now and Ali is still available to answer all of our hot tub related questions. If you’re looking to buy a hot tub or any outdoor furniture, make sure to go to Coastal Spa and ask for Ali.

I don't usually write gushing praise for services rendered but I feel compelled to do so here. I never had the pleasure to meet any of the staff at Coastal but my every correspondence with either Ali, Susan, Sharon or Kelly were always handled with the utmost professionalism and concern for my complete satisfaction. NEVER once was I given excuses, push back or changes to my order and everything went flawlessly: from the negotiated price (Ali was exceptional) to delivery and installation. These guys are so professional and on top of their game. It made it a pleasure to do business!

I was lucky enough to work with Ali over at Coastal and can say that he was truly fantastic. He did a great job explaining all of the different options and features of the many different models. We came to a great decision and in the end I’m so happy with the spa that we got. Beyond that, once the spa was at my house, he was incredibly helpful putting me in touch with the right people to make sure the connection went smoothly and as expected. I would recommend Ollie and Coastal in general to anyone.

We’ve made 3 purchases with William. On this last visit we originally went in for bar stools. William measured the counter height of the island, provided us the best option, and helped us pick out custom colors. He informed us it'll probably take 6 weeks and even called the companies rep to verify. As he was getting the pricing for us, my husband and I walked around and found an outdoor couch set we liked. We ended up not going with the bar stools and buying the couch set instead. William gave us a killer deal as always and was able to add it to the delivery already scheduled for the upcoming Monday. This was our 3rd purchase and, just as the 1st time, he was friendly, patient, listened to our needs, and didn't get frustrated when we changed our minds. For all purchases he has gone above and beyond in customer service.Everything has been delivered and it went so smoothly. The guys who delivered the spa were extremely knowledgeable, they placed it exactly where we wanted and hooked up the cover quickly. One of the guys also explained how the spa worked and how to add the chemicals. They also helped us move the outdoor furniture to the right location.The outdoor kitchen installers were just as friendly. They placed the outdoor kitchen exactly where we wanted. They had all the tools necessary to get the job done. They worked quickly and cleaned up the area when done.They were all true professionals.On delivery day there was a minor hiccup as we were filling the spa. William was on the phone with me right away and provided a quick fix. I called William today with another minor issue, a service tech called me within hours, and will be out Friday. I have no doubt, the issue will be resolved quickly.My husband and I are loving our new backyard, it has become our oasis. We can't thank William and everyone at Coastal Spas for really putting the customer first.

This is the new location for coastal spas. My reviews on their old location went from 1 stars to 1. The reason for the updated review here is because the new general manager at the new location actually helped us with our issues.We had issues that when the spa was delivered the delivery guys said that they noted But when we receive service they never seem to know about all of the issues. There was a part missing and other parts had been damaged by either forklift or poor materials. After we called a few times to try and get the issues resolved the service people stop answering their phones.It got to the point where I even went in to talk to somebody. That didn't result in anything either. After over a year we noticed that they were in a new location. And when we were coming back from vacation we decided to go into the new location and try to talk to somebody. We ran into the general manager who had apparently just taken over, his name is Kelly. He promised that it had been an issue with the way things were set up before and they were going through major overalls with the new location. Once we discussed it with him he came out and looked at the spa and talked with me about the issues we were having.The issues with the material on the side of the spa He came up with a solution involving parts he was able to get at home Depot and make that part of the spot look better. It took a little while longer to get a service tech out but they did come by and fix the issues with the electronics. Hopefully the spa won't need much support as coastal is no longer carrying Coast spas (the brand and the store are not related)Besides the time and effort I would say that our issues have been addressed satisfactorily. I just wish we didn't have to go through so much before finding somebody that would help us. Our spa cost as much as a car and I couldn't imagine a car not having someone that could support it.
