My local CVS, always convenient. But I would never thought I'd get "scammed" by CVS today. I bought these Starface pimple patches containing 32 stars but got 16 stars back, so someone must've opened the package and steal the other 16 stars because the packaging itself is easy to take out. Disappointed and sad knowing half of my money went to waste but looks like i gotta look through before purchasing anything there.

The brand new COVID-19 booster is now available! The much needed updated booster targets both the current BA.5 subvariant of coronavirus, as well as the original strain. You should also know that California law entitles you to paid COVID days when you use the time to get vaccinated and to recover from the vaccine. SB 114 is scheduled to end at the end of the month, so get yours scheduled. My paid recovery day was yesterday, but it's looking like another down day today (Saturday), too. Those vaccines hit me hard! Anyway, I've gotten both of my boosters from this CVS, and they were both good experiences. This last jab hurt quite a bit, not gonna lie, but the experience was quick, efficient, clean, friendly. I've also been able to get the BinaxNow tests here when they were quite difficult to procure last winter. It's a quiet and hidden CVS in Anaheim Hills that flies under the radar. I love it that way.

The only reason this CVS Gets a one star rating is because there is not a -5 option. Used the automated refill service to refill a prescription was told by the automated service that it would be ready at 11 AM that same day. Went in the next day to pick up the prescription was told by pharmacy staff that they are out of stock. I inquired if the medication has been ordered? Was told no the automated service and the inventory control system don't communicate. REALLY? This is not the first time this is happened to me at this pharmacy. What's the point of the automated system if it's not accurate? Now I'm questioning the validity of their pharmacy staff, are they even certified pharmacists? Are they licensed? Time for me to check with the licensing board I think. And definitely change pharmacies. #CVSEpicFailAgain!

Pharmacy staff is rude beyond belief and completely unwilling to be helpful. Wouldn't even bother to check other locations stock for a mom in need. Very disappointing. The only reason they have one star is because it's required to leave a review.

Worst customer service and manager ever! I was trying to check out quickly because there is a covid outbreak at work so I wanted some rapid tests. He shuffled me to the self check out and was helping someone else so I said "I've done self check out before". I'm sure I came across as short because I'm tired and stressed. But nothing appalling. His response "well then what's with the attitude?" A manger said this! I of course then told him never to speak to me in that way again and he continued to be rude. I have never been spoken to by anyone in the service industry in this way. I have worked in retail and the service industry for many years and I've never heard anyone respond to a customer in such an inappropriate and rude way. He should be fired. I've already acquired the address to write to corporate and plan on doing so immediately.

What is going on with this store? This used to be a clean place plus, had decent customer service. Truly do not think this place will be able to stay in business. Lines are always long, coupons never ever work for the customers. Everything is overpriced even compared to Target.

This location is the WORST cvs pharmacy in the planet. Customer care is non existent ! People are rude and unsympathetic. Horrible horrible place!!

After receiving a Covid booster vaccine, my husband was called by staff asking if he knew the name of the person that gave him his vaccine. He said no and asked why. He was then told that the person that gave him his shot did not properly report that he was given a vaccine. He was then asked if he was sure he received one. At that point, I asked if there was a chance that he was given the wrong vaccine. He said that there was no chance of that but it certainly did not instill confidence in the correctness of the procedure. About 30 minutes after hanging up, my husband was sent a notice that his appointment was just canceled and that if he had not requested this cancellation to contact the pharmacy to ensure proper recording of the vaccination. I called and waited on hold for over 20 minutes and the call was never picked up. I finally had to call the store number and get the store staff to get the call to the pharmacy. Not happy with the incompetence here.

Customer service and satisfaction doesn't exist at this CVS pharmacy. The pharmacy employees are rude with zero customer service skills. I encourage everyone to contact CVS corporate offices.

Wow, wow, wow. Employee Frank is HR's worst nightmare! This location has emplemented a push towards the self check, yet always have an employee there. So because I have beer, I have to wait while good ole Frank pulls 5 customers from behind me to self check. I finally say something, his reply is "I don't care sir, go next door". Charming. So if he's there to check my ID, why can't he help me at self check?? So the fifth customer needs something from behind the counter, hateful Frank says " let me get you started then I'll go grab it". Wow, wow, wow, Frank is precious!!

Pharmacy Review: RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! a doctor sent over a prescription for me and keep in mind that i have insurance... i went to pick it up and they wanted to charge me $80! why? they had processed it through WITHOUT my insurance. i shouldn't have to pay anything with my insurance. so when they reprocessed it, i had to wait for them to basically redo my entire prescription. the lady, Elva, rudely said i can wait "over there". and then when it was finally ready, i wanted to ask the pharmacist a question about when to start my medication. he was SO RUDE. he acted really annoyed when i asked him when to start it. like sorry for asking you a question about your job?? it was a really frustrating and aggravating experience. do yourself a favor and please go elsewhere

The worst customer service. If you need to speak to them and call in be prepared to sit on hold for a very long time. They don't seem to care customers are on hold. They never have the medication needed it always need to be ordered. There are too many other choices than to spend time dealing with this lack of service.

I would definitely not go to this pharmacy. They are rude and extremely inept. They don't even appear to have a basic knowledge of the business they are in. They also have no concept whatsoever of customer service. I actually had one of the people here tell me he was tired of all the customers telling me how rude he was. I know we all go to places such as this based on convenience, but I would definitely advise anyone to drive a couple extra miles and go elsewhere.
