Really glad they finally upgraded this store. My only complaint is training the person who bags the groceries better. I come home with smashed chips, and bread. I arrange my cold food and room temp items on the belt so it's easier to bag. When I give a cold bag to put my frozen and cold items in, they will put the cheezits in there and my frozen stuff in a regular bag.

This is medium sized neighborhood Stater Bros. I will say though, I've found things here that other grocery stores have been out of so that's a nice thing. The store is clean, parking is pretty good, and have found the employees to be friendly and efficient. Other than that, that's about I need in a grocery store.

03-21-2024 @10:50 amI'd been buying here at least 3 times every week for more than 15 years. Just experienced today of an extra charged item. This was done by Misty, a cashier this morning. Misty is not a new staff, she's been in stater brother for quite a while like Brenda. Misty did it intentionally and truly aware of it. Stater Brother Manager please check that out. That's a bad habit and bad habit in business is absolutely bad. You may check store camera, Tuesday @ 10:50:25 am. Anyway Brenda fixed the issue and made apology. Brenda has a perfect customer attitude ever and one of the best staff. This store is very clean and well organized items on the shelves, thanks.

I always enjoy shopping at the store it's one of the smaller stater brothers locations but it's always well signed so you know what everything costs and what items are on sale. The team is always either stocking the shelves fronting the shelves rotating the product but they always stop what they're doing and ask people if they need help. I shop the store at least once a week sometimes twice a week I highly recommend it.

For about 2 years now there has been NO ground beef in the meat cooler at 8AM when I am usually there. Today, 4 April 22 I decided to complain to the manager, Doyle. Only problem was, Doyle who was paged to come to the check stand by the cashier couldn't be bothered. I waited 5 minutes then left. I called corporate and got nothing. Oh, they said they would have him call me. I told them not to bother. I didn't feel like getting a ration of crap out of him. Just to be clear, I always ask the meat cutter when they are going to have the ground beef ready. All I get is "I don't know". Although this market is right around the corner from me, I think maybe it's time to go somewhere else.

I just did my shopping here and it's not a good experience. I said Hi and THANKS to the staff and they're as quiet as MICE!!! It's that because I'm ASIAN??? No problem! I'll tell my ASIAN friends and bring our business somewhere else!

My wife and I come to this location even though there is a closer store by us. Kellog location is very clean, very nice staff and the best meat counter by far but the main reason is Christopher, we are always excited to see him and his superb personality, he always greets every customer as if he's known them for years, he is always exciting and funny and very knowledgeable and loves his job very much, we love getting cooking ideas when we're not sure about what to make for dinner and he will suggest recipes and seasonings for us to try, Chris if definitely the best ever, this man deserves a raise and a promotion, keep up the good work and let Chris know he is definitely an asset to your team !!!!!!

The most wonderful experience in the meat department Christian is the funnest most knowledgeable butcher we have ever met all of his suggestions have been excellent and he always wears a smile. We will never go anywhere else!

I was just in this store and this Stater Bros is different then the others in the way they treat their customers. A man in a shirt and tie must of been the manager didn't even say hi he just scanned my items took my money and that was it. Not even a thank you. I did all the talking and even said thank you but nothing from him he just repeated that way with the next customer.

I absolutely loveee this location! My fiancé and I specifically go to this location, even over the closer one to us. They have the best selection of meats and seafoods compared to the other locations around. And also, I would love to leave a VERY good review for Christopher in the meat department. His customer service skills are beyond high expectations! He is truly amazing and helpful! He's always in the best mood and very knowledgeable. Again, we only go to this location and we always hope to see him there! I have never experienced such exceptional service. He honestly deserves a raise and promotion

What upsets me is that your grocery bagger dumped my stuff in a shopping cart and told me, I had rebag my stuff outside because they did not want to reuse my bag that I paid for from you guys. That is what angered me the most. I sat in the parking lot rebagging my stuff in the middle of the parking lot like an @#$%$ idiot. There were no signs to state that we can not use our own bags on the door your policy was just made up as you guys went, it disturbs me that your lack of customer service is very unacceptable. I know I will never give you guys a chance, I will void your store. I will let others know that not go your to stores due incompetence customer service. Food for fact some other stores temporary don't charge 10 cents for new bags because they rather have happy customers, than angry customers, and by the way we're not in it together it's every man for himself. Never Again... "Buyers beware, your are not allowed to use your own bags you paid for. They will not let you use your own bags, they will dime you out for a new bag. If you refuse to buy a bag, they will dump or stuff in a shopping cart you got bag it on upur own, beware."

I will never shop at Stater ever again. I have shopped every week for 35 years. I will go someplace else. I just got back from store #66 in Anaheim, Ca. I am 70 and have COPD, I wear a mask and wait in line. The manager would only sell me one paper product so I got one Toilet Paper and had to put the paper towels back I told him that was wrong and he got very rude. I don't believe this is Stater Bros policy and if so needs changed. Last week at the other Stater in Yorba Linda near me I could get one each Toilet Paper and one each Paper Towel. So it is obvious that either one store is right and the other one wrong. Please let me know which policy is correct and inform the store manager that was wrong and me so if only one paper product then I will never go to Stater again. This is going to cause me to go out in public to an entire different store to get paper towels, hope I don't get sick because of it. Thanks Larry B.

It is SAD the store let Seniors (65+) and pregnant women to allowed to use early hour but not toward a person with post-polio who uses two leg braces. All because "It is policy" Change the policy!
