It's literally, impossible to reach the customer service representative. Also, If you try to call option where to speak with operator for general inquiries, the system will force you to hang up ?. That's really terrible.

Deposited a check today at lunch. The woman who deposited my check said "$500.00 will be available today"..checked my balance at 4:30 pm this afternoon and still not in my account. I called customer service and the said the apologize for the woman saying $500.00.. it's really $200.00...Well after an hour or so I checked. No $200.00 in my account. 3rd call the person in customer service said it will be available tomorrow. 3 different stories. This bank has ZERO integrity. The only reason I still bank the is because I have my direct deposit and so many other accounts linked. Don't bank here. They are HORRIBLE.

When I'm in Anaheim I love coming to this location! Cute black and white short awnings throughout all the businesses and restaurants within the plaza. The inside of this Comerica -It's kinda a cool unique set up. It's not a regular divided up teller counter. The center counter is where you have your banking transactions. Its a center counter and in a half moon. It's sorta weird at first but you get used to it after a few times. All the staff simultaneously greets every customer that comes in. All the tellers that have helped me have been friendly and courteous. Thanks Comerica Anaheim Infield thanks for making me feel at home- your my bank away from my home bank! Special thanks to Jeniffer for helping this last visit.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Too many issues to list here. Avoid Comerica Bank. The staff are nice, but no help. They have no more knowledge or authority than the website. The phone system can take an hour to get to a live person and they cannot do much either. Apparently no employee has any authority to do more than read what a screen says regardless of all sides knowing it's erroneous information.

The people are very nice and do everything to help, both personal accounts and business accounts. The manager and assistant are kind and always do what needs to be done to get things done.
