Nancy weaved and cut my hair. She was saying that she has over 25 years experience. I still was like hoping it come out nicely. Well, she gave me the haircut I had wanted for years and her coloring job was spectacular! Please, if you see her tell her you read this and Terri highly recommends her! Remember NANCY! Thank you!

Michelle if you check the vidéo the dye you applied burned my scap and should NOT have been directly applied to my scalp. I told you it was hurting and burning and asked youbtobrinse it off and for a towel and cotton yet you ignored me and went to make a phone call. I hasd to ask someone else walking by as it got in my eyes Soni had to squeeze them tight and started to tear up and you just said to wait and said it was because my hair was washed when it wasn't. I also I mentioned that u were pulling my hair too tight into the fill injuring the roots and pulling them to the surface of my scalp now i have red raised up bumbs burn marks all over the top of my head. I still paid the $120 plus a $20 tip yet didn't see the damage when I got home and my hair is sticky due to the Vaseline you put in it so now I am not sure what to do as it still is sore and stinging and red or bloody etc.

If I were able to give No stars, I would! Horrible service! I never had to leave a bad review. Well this my first review. They don't respect the hair color you ask for. They dyed it their way. The nails are HORRIBLE! They did me so wrong. They aren't professional whatsoever. I went yesterday and one of the nails already broke off. They're chipped and I'm just livid. PLEASE DON'T bother even wasting your money here.

I get my hair done here they do a pretty amazing job if you find a stylist you like stick with her. Most of the workers have been here a very long time. Definitely recommend this salon, they do a nice job on highlights. I usually go home and tone it some more to my liking, but overall they do a decent job!

I came in for just highlights the price was in my range and affordable, I had gone over the reviews on here and was a bit iffy but at the end JUST WOOOW the ladies here came thru for me and my already super damaged hair !! Ask for Michelle she does an awesome job !!!

I've been going to creations for over 8 years and I'm so disappointed with my hair cut I asked for a trim and the lady took off more than 6 inches of my hair and my hair is so uneven I can't wear it down.

I do not recommend this salon for nail services. I do not know if the tools used were very clean. The floor was dirty. I was concerned about getting hepatitis and I thought well I don't have any open cuts, and then the woman cut my toe with the clippers. I'm going to get a hepatitis test ASAP. Also, after she painted my toenails, she did not put on a clear top coat until I asked her to. I thought this was standard practice for pedicures. While doing my manicure she filed too hard and cut my pinky finger. I'm definitely getting a hepatitis test!

Have come here a few times. Alwsys very busy. A lil pricey but im happy with the results. My only complaint is they spend too much time talking among each other and sometimes forget about you. But overall i like the place.

Don't go to May for hair. She fried my long hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. It was NOTHING like what I wanted. She was all over the place. Laughing, talking, singing, forgetting about the timer while talking with her friends and fried my hair. I wanted honey color and got very little color so it looks like ash or gray. I had to cut my hair today because it is breaking off. Trust me on this, you do NOT want May to do ypur hair. Honestly the entire experience and there was horrible. I ended up paying a $110 to get my hair destoroyed. I wish I could post a picture here.

May destryed my hair while she talked, laughed, sang and ran around from here to there. She fried my hair so bad I had to cut it off and it will be years before it looks pretty again. It cost me 110 bucks to destroy my hair!!! I am really upset!!! It looks nothing like the photo I gave her. She said, it's the best she could do.

DON'T DO IT! THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR HAIR!!! May totally fried my long hair because she was busy talking laughing, singing and jumping around from place to place. One minute she was there and next she was gone. She left me under the heat for ten minutes past the time it stopped. She moved me from chair to chair at the dryers and the sinks while my hair fried into straw. She didn't put enough of the right toner into my hair so it looks like I'm walking around with stripped hair...or ash. Not Honey as requested. When I said this looks nothing like the picture I showed you. She said, I did the best I could. Okay just give me $110.00. If you're reading this May. I don't want to hear about how much you don't like the new owner. Not once, twice or the three times you told me. I had to cut my long hair and still it is so damaged I'll have to grow it out before it looks pretty again!

The worst mistake is not clarifying the price of the service. A $45 root touch-up service charged $95 and I used the darker color foundation and when I went to have it fixed, they reluctantly did so and if I wanted to style it I had to pay extra. The joke was $100, a place where I hope not to return. Bad service, bad attention, and if you are careless, they will overcharge you.
