PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING HERE. Ask to go over all charges and fees before you give them your money.
All sales are final but they dont have the proper sign required by the law.!!!
On January 12th 2025 We went to get an iphone 16 Pro with a new phone line. The assistant helped with adding the new number and getting the phone ready and they verbally provided the price which sounded a little above price market (Apple store) but since we were in a hurry we just agree to pay the phone. Only after realizing that the extra charges were because some accessories(low quality) were given to us by the sales person which initially mentioned they were included with phone. When we tried to return the accessories (30 minutes later) and just get the phone we were told it was not possible and if we wanted to return everything they would only pay back the phone's price $999.00 minus restocking fees and not the full price that was paid to them($1294.81) + $38 dollars fee from Cricket.

I came in to help my stepdad buy a phone. Lots of wrong and conflicting information being relayed by their customer service agents. Only two employees in the store and one of them was too busy telling a customer her life story to stop and help us. Really unprofessional young girls working there.
Looong wait just to not be helped. They sell really old phones and their clientele is sketchy. We ended up going down the street to the AT&T Store and getting a better deal with MUCH more professional customer service.

Cricket in General is the worst they have horrible customer service on top of that they don’t return anything so keep that in mind before buying there product I say save your money and go to a different phone company at least they will help you out there nice about it and their customer do come first and they don’t make you drive to three different stores and call customer service on the phone to waste at least 3hrs of your time because the employee that sold you their product was uninformed and will tell you they do returns just so you can buy the product and in the end there unable to and the manger is no where to be found I only had cricket for two day and it’s been a horrible experience don’t waste your time or money here
