Been with this wonderful CrossFit family for a little over a year now after trying at the different places. Can tell one thing for sure that you get personal attention even in the group setting. Awesome gym!! My 8 year old started 6 months ago and all I can say is that coach Manny is the best! My little one got so much stronger physically and also mentally. Great program,awesome results and amazing attitude! You guys rock!!
