Had a great time at Curl Surf in Downtown Disney. The store offers a wide range of surf and beach apparel, catering to both enthusiasts and casual shoppers. The layout is inviting, making it easy to find what you're looking for.Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful advice without being overbearing. While the pricing is a bit steep, reflecting the premium brands and location, the quality of the merchandise justifies the cost.

I feel like we always find a reason to “need” to stop here when we visit the parks. Staff are always great.

Once I had entered curlsurf a couple months ago, I was surprised on how well maintained the environment had been and organized all the clothes/accessories were. I had only bought one hair accessory and thankfully had received respectful customer service, same had went for my older brother when it came to him needing assistance from a considerate employee for a preferred accessory as well. The only problem had been in the beginning, nobody had greeted us considering that this made me feel a little uncertain in regards on what I would expect to encounter and how “ridiculously” overpriced most items could be, overall it had been an alright experience and I will consider coming back on my next disneyland visit!

honestly disgusted out by the service I received. The cashier ANDREA gave me dirty looks and slammed by bag on the counter. I’m not sure why she was so upset but if she hates her job that bad then she should find a new one. 0/10 would never shop here again due to the terrible service I received.

My favorite lil shop! I like to stop by while I’m at the parks. They always have good clothing and accessories! They also do a magic key discount which is a plus!

I wanted to buy everything but can't afford it. Very expensive. It was a special treat for my birthday coming up. I loved the women's girls. So beautiful

I purchased a pair of Vans from the here and wore them out of the store, after about thirty minutes I noticed the loop in the back of the left shoe was sewn short and cut into my heel and rubbed on the fabric on the inside of the liner. I went back went to the store to tell them I had a defective shoe. I was told you wore them and they would not exchange for a pair that was not defective. The younger girl at the front commented it would be unsanitary. I didn’t expect them to sell them to someone else, I expected them to return them to their wholesaler and provide a non-defective shoe to me the customer. They didn’t offer any alternative and just stared at me. When I asked if should I contact Vans the same girl said “you could try that.” The store is full of teenage employees who could care less about customer service and seems to just be a trap for tourist looking to by California vibe surf brands at inflated prices. As a California native and season pass holder I will never buy another item here. When I contacted Vans the customer service representative laughed and apologized for the store response.

I bought some sunglasses for my wife. They were 40% off but the girl working the register charged me full price. I did get back my 79 dollars after coming back but the girl at the register was not apologetic at all.

They sure are playing a lot of rap and songs about s** for a shop right in downtown Disney... pretty disrespectful of the employees to be so ignorant to the type of business they're working at... it's not a pop up on melrose. I went in with my kids prepared to spend a couple hundred dollars on clothes for them but left without buying anything because my children could not be in an inappropriate environment like that.

Sketchy place in downtown Disney, their return policy doesn’t work for anything but clothing and they sell really cheap, within a day broken, sunglasses for $60. Lesson learned that a sketchy return policy means you shouldn't expect anything you buy to last very long.

My family and I dropped by on our trip to Disneyland and fell in love with the clothes. Everything is so cute and trendy! The staff was very friendly and helped us find our sizes. I'm so sad there isn't another store closer to us.

Do NOT bother supporting this local shop. My family and I experienced the absolute WORST customer service imaginable. Below is the email I sent to their support team/ corporate email that thoroughly explains what happened. Of course, without surprise; I have yet to hear back from anybody... I am sending this email after a visit to your downtown Disney store location. The customer service my family and I received is beyond unsatisfactory. I went into the store initially to purchase my son a pair shoes. Let me start by saying I had a hard time finding a clean pair in his size inside the store which I even mentioned to the store associate that was assisting us. I tried putting on the shoes after paying for them they were the van checkered slip on shoes. I had a hard time slipping them on my sons foot with my nails so I put the shoes back in the box and carried my son out of the store. I met my husband back at our hotel room at the Disney grand California and he to had a hard time slipping the shoes on so we decided to go back to the store to exchange them for a Velcro shoe. The store manager (Jackie) accused me of returning a worn out pair of shoes that I just purchased 20 minutes prior. Again, I had a difficult time trying to even come across a clean pair in the store. I asked her if she was kidding because she was raising her voice at me inside the store and accusing me of lying out loud and in front of other customers. I asked her to pull up surveillance cameras to prove her accusation which she rolled her eyes and then laughed at me. This is absolutely insulting and unacceptable. I have never been to a place of business and treated in this way of manner. This needs to be addressed with your store as soon as possible. I will be going ahead and reporting this to the Better Business Bureau along with reviewing the store all over the Internet on every single source. On top of that I am a blogger and I will make sure to let all of my followers know about the experience my family and I experienced at your store. Kindest regards,
