Slow service. Pharmacy is slow. Been waiting for 12 minutes in the drive thru. They should call it the sit and wait line. They need people who know what they are doing. This is ridiculous.

There is a young Hispanic store associate named Candy there that is beyond rude.She wears glasses,at least sometimes.She refused to ring me up even after I told her that I don't want to use self checkout.Yet she was willing to ring up other customers.Maybe it's because I don't look Mexican like her.I am however part Hispanic as well,but she acted racist against me for being the only one in the store that looked white.She refused to tell me when her boss was in and she insisted that she was doing her job,even though she wasn't.She told me to figure out how to use the coupons myself.When I frustratedly told her how rude she was being,she called me the "B" word in front of a customer.I repeated what she said in a question and she called me that again to make clear that she was indeed calling me that.I spoke to corporate,but they have told me nothing about how it would be addressed,if at all.I doubt they did anything.I have not gone back since.I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a store associate in my life.Also,there are often confrontational homeless druggies loitering in front of the store.The associates anf management allow it.One loiterer aggressively stood outside of my car window/door blocking me in asking for money before right im front of thr store.Its got dangerous loiterers and that horrible associate Candy appears to be dangerous and aggressive herself.

Please give Jerry a raise. He is a hard worker yet still finds time to greet me and talk to me. Allison and Cyndy are awesome. They both greet me by my name and are really helpful. Love this pharmacy, but why is it closed for 30 minutes in the middle of the day? Never had that with any other pharmacy.

Worst customer service! I was asking for assistance from a male rep, and he said in a rudely tone voice that whatever was there, that's the only thing they had. He did not bother to check and walked away. When it came to paying, we kept looking around to get our items rang up, and no one was around. I kept calling them over, and they didn't even bother to acknowledge nor care that I waited there.

Worst experience ever at this store. Make-up selection could be way better. If you are looking for make-up, they don't have anything. Only one cashier at night. lines are big and the manager Jade needs to help. The manager is not friendly at all. You will experience homeless at the front door of the store asking for money sooo scary. The store is empty of many grocery items, its seems and feels like an abandoned store. Ghost store for sure !!

I have never felt more disrespected by the manager on duty in my life. At 3:36 pm on 11/2/2022, the manager Valentina chased after me out the front door. She was screaming from 30ft away accusing me of stealing the makeup I had just purchased at the front register. The cashier was Jocelyn and she was great. However the fact that the manager ignored the homeless man asking for money at the front door and prioritized chasing out the gay may walking out with makeup is a terrible example of leadership. Literally accused me of theft when their system offers "no receipt, and email receipt". Jocelyn, I highly recommend you transfer to a different location of that is the leadership you're under. It's 2022 and the homophobia needs to stop.

Why do you have 2 drive thrus for pharmacy if both don't work? 1st one does but, I pulled into 2nd one and they said, "the suction port doesn't work." Why have both open? Why not block one off? Not to smart I see.

This review has been postponed for a long time, 2 years actually and I never was able to shake off my experiences here.The customer service is just really bad and I was really astounded by how mean the drive-thru covid testing people are. They would get angry that I wasn't quick enough with swabbing. Another time, I came in to purchase some items during the 2020 pandemic. A cashier who assisted me proceeded to tell her beliefs about people stealing from the government rather than working like other people. She also pointed out that she had to be watchful of others who are likely to steal from the store and eyed some ethnic people coming in. I told her a few facts about the situation including myself who lost their job due to pandemic. She said that I'm not like "those" people. Pretty gross and I never came back into the store again. I hope this location considers training for their employees - especially since this community is composed of many cultures.

If you need a covid vaccine or booster, make your appointment online and then expect the pharmacist to try to deny it to you for any made up reason she can come up with. The fact that their website insures you are qualified to get the shot before it let's you make an appointment means nothing to them. First they said my group wasnt approved yet. When I proved them wrong, they said the couldnt do it because they dont have J&J. When I explained I dont need J&J, any brand of booster will work, they said they couldnt do it because the person that gave me my first shot put the info on the wrong line. When I explained I just want a booster, this is the card they gave my, so what do they want me to do, I was told to calm down by another employee, who then told the lady to just put the new info on one of the empty lines or issue me a new card. Luckily I got my booster, but I wonder how many others were denied because of this poor customer service. Why are they trying so hard to deny people who made appointments and gave all their info online already? All they had to do was verify the info they already had and give me the shot. Makes absolutely no sense.
