I've had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with these people for over 30 years . They WILL create a line out of 1 person, if you walk in and no customer is there, the pharmacist will more than half the time will give you a dirty look when you walk up to the register, as you're clearly a distraction and an unwanted interruption for them. Here's the kicker: it's not just this store. It's EVERY CVS. It's a systemic problem with this company

This location is chronically understaffed and long lines are typical. The last straw for me was when the staff let a person cut ahead of an already long line.

This was our preferred location for many years, but CVS seems to change staff and Pharmacists every so often, and this location is on a bad run right now. Ugh!!! Time for a new Pharmacy…. Bummer

Ok. So, this is my 2nd review about here (which I've never done). I went in today and Priyanka (pharmacist) was yelling at all the staff, in front of all the customers! Why is she still there? Everyone else is so kind. Last time I dealt with her, I sat and waited 1.5 hrs to fill my rx (was told 10-20 mins and no other costumer was there waiting). She's a miserable person. Always upset and yelling at customers or other employees. Pls teach her about customer service and make sure she stops yelling at the pharm staff!!! Very unprofessional. They are very kind and she could learn a thing or two from them.

This review is specifically for the sales associate Dayna H. I always end up at the self checkout machine b/c this cvs it seems like is a bit understaffed an no one is initially at the checkout counter. And without fail I have issues scanning smaller sized items like eyeliner/greeting cards plus the lightweight items don't get detected in the bagging area space. And I HATE when an employee has to eventually come over and fix the situation b/c it comes off as such an inconvenience for them. Not with Dayna who works here. She really went above and beyond to help me out w/the self checkout and an issue with my app and purchase. She was super sweet and made me not hate shopping at cvs today. 5 stars for Dayna and a big thank you!

I've always had a good experience with the staff. They're helpful and nice. It's a relatively smaller CVS so they don't always have what I'm looking for but it's nice to have in this shopping center.

I went in to pic up an RX IN mid October . I was told they had enough to fill my prescription . So I waited . 10 minutes later the pharmacist Priyanka called me to the drop off window was rude and shouted at me publicly and told me she couldn't fill my RX. She said would lose her license. I asked why? My RX was legitimate prescribed by a board certified MD. It was for Ivermectin. I have an auto immune disorder and can't take many meds everyone else can. She gave me 2 weeks worth and told me that was all she would ever fill. She said The FDA did not authorize this med. I've NEVER had any pharmacist over ride any RX EVERprescribed to me. Since when are these people more valid than Board Certified Doctors??? I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE TO FILL ANY RX. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RUDEST PEOPLE !!!

Group of six clearly intoxicated twenty-somethings were loudly cursing up a storm while in line to pay for a case of beer. Cashier did not ask them to watch their language or keep their voices down. These individuals then stood right outside the entrance to drink their beer, blocking the entry. When I brought it to the supervisor's attention, she was nonchalant, and said all she could do would be to call the police, and that I could call the police if I wanted to. While I was there I also saw an item on the shelf that had been opened, and a blister pack of the chewable tablets had been removed. Very poorly run.

Looking for hard to find Lysol products and before stopping at this CVS I went to 2 different Rite-Aid's and both of them had 3 people on the sales floor and 1 at the register and at this and other CVSs only the checker and no one else. So if you want fast service I suggest avoiding CVS and go where the real help is.
