Says 24/hrs, but came up to the door with the lights on, they wouldn’t let us in, was told to leave cause they didn’t want to open their doors to us!

During my visit at this location, the employees were more involved with each other, unrelated to work, than the customer. Mind you, there were 2 customers, myself included, in the entire store and 3 employees. They did not create a welcoming nor a comfortable inviting experience. Giving benefit of doubt.......possible alien abduction and replaced with mute clones????? All of a sudden it makes sense.
They'd benefit tremendously from observing and implementing skills/sop from the Staton location,Beach/Lampson, staff.

I experienced racial discrimination from a pharmacy clerk Albert. When i called (pharmacy manager Hung) to voice my concerns as to how i was treated i was made to feel like i must of misunderstood. Contacted corporate office which has yet to return my call.

Staff is nice, but outside is so dirty, they need a good power washing. And area by pharmacy is dirty too Needs vacuuming and carpets cleaned!

Sonia the cashier if she hates her job so much maybe she should not be working there very very rude mean looks the whole time I was shopping. I’m an Instacart shopper and even when she noticed she did not warm up. She did not say hello. She did not say goodbye. She did not ask if I needed any help. There was zero customer service very rude.

They are refusing to fill a prescription by my doctor. I have never had a pharmacy refuse to fill a prescription. The doctors office called and spoke to them as well, and they straight up said we won't fill it! Worst service ever! Any pharmacy will provide better service than this one.

I've always had pleasant interactions with the staff here! Respect goes both ways so I've said hello back when they greet customers who are walking in and I always talk to them politely. The other day, one of the store associates helped make sure that I got maximum savings with my in-store printed coupons and my digital coupons on the CVS app. He was patient throughout the whole process even with a line starting to form. Thank you again!

One of the worst stors I ever seen, the cashier/ manager / the only employee working in the store very rude and just want to give excuses for long line of customers waiting 15 minutes to pay !!! That is ridiculousl , the management of this store need to do something, add some self check out machines, hire professional people not rude ones, coordinate with pharmacy for long lines to check out in pharmacy people does what to think or worm the cashier lady very careless unfortunately, you can do better this is happened today 1/19 at 14:30
