Attitude attitude attitude. As a healthcare provider and a patient, their service cannot be worse. I hoped they knew their automatic system doesn’t work properly. It kept transferring me to the wrong place. I was stuck in the system for a long time and finally transferred me to talk to some human. When someone finally answered, he said the pharmacist was busy and put me on hold. When the pharmacist finally picked up the phone, she told me to call back in 1.5 hrs later. I told her I have been on hold for a long time. She talked back “what do you mean you’ve been on hold for a long time?” And repeated that twice?! So I realized she didn’t really mean to ask me the question nor want to hear me back…

I went to pick up my 2 prescriptions. They were not ready and male clerk told me that they would be ready in 20 minutes. So I asked him if medications are all in stockAnd he checked the computer and told me "yes"So I waited for over 30 minutes and the lady told me only one will be ready and one is out of stock. Nothing was ready after 30 minutes waiting. The pharmacist didn't do anything, just standing there.

Nicholas and Jonathon went above and beyond to help, I was actually shocked how much effort he put in finding the medicine in stock for me at other Cvs pharmacies given that I've never had a pharmacist in any cvs pharmacy before be willing to do that (just rite aid)...they would just brush me off and put it on me...he's the nicest pharmacist at cvs

So I've come to this pharmacy a few times. Got a vaccination which was a simple and easy process. But when it comes to actually refilling prescriptions, every single time there's incorrect information given. They confirm they took my insurance and then when I picked up the prescription they said they did not take that and I should've known better. I was given information about a refill only to find out that it was not accurate. When I had called back, their excuse was "so sorry but nothing we can do and nobody else you can talk to you quote. Definitely avoid this place. There are a number of other pharmacies that are far better than this one.

Do you prefer your CVS Pharmacy inside a CVS....or inside a TARGET? The correct answer is Target, of course! And this one is there. So instead of perusing dusty boxes of humidifiers and questionable quality seasonal items while I wait for my prescription, I can look at fun Target things! Win. And these folks tend to be more personable than at your typical pharmacy. It's just all around lighter and more upbeat here, so this is where I choose to come for my pharmaceutical needs.

The pharmacist, Marlee, was so nice and helpful during my flu vaccine. She put me at ease and also seemed knowledgeable about my chronic health condition. I like this location because it’s not crowded and they’re efficient.

Fast, easy and convenient! I came here to get my flu shot for the 2021-22 season in the first week of August. They had me in and out in 3 minutes! The entire process, from making an online appointment to their automated text messaging system to confirm and follow up, was streamlined. I highly recommend this location for efficient and friendly service, and pharmacies in general to get your immunizations earlier and with less hassle than at hospitals.

I have no complaints about service at CVS Pharmacy just the child proof bottles. My doctor phoned in a prescription that I needed to start the same day. I picked up my prescription and got a flu shot. No problems. However when I got home I could not open the child proof bottle. Apparently it is adult proof also especially for seniors. The only way I could open it was smash the bottle with a hammer. Fortunately there were only 5 pills in the bottle. A friend informed me that you can have instructions at the pharmacy to always fill your prescriptions with a none child proof bottle. I was not aware of that. Will take care of it next time I am in CVS. Not a lot lately due to COVID.
