Awful experience at this CVS pharmacy. The store was practically empty, yet when I arrived at the counter for pickup, the pharmacy tech ignored me and continued whatever she was doing. After waiting for a while, she finally acknowledged me and said she’d be with me shortly. Minutes later, she processed my four prescriptions and a bag of cough drops, but never asked if I needed a bag.
When I politely requested one, her attitude turned sour. She stuffed the items into a small paper bag, leaving out the cough drops, and practically threw it at me. She claimed she couldn’t give me a larger bag because they cost $0.10, which she seemed reluctant to explain or resolve in a professional manner.
Avoid this pharmacy, and especially steer clear of tech Linda. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and has zero customer service skills. It’s unacceptable to treat patients and customers this way, especially in a pharmacy setting where professionalism should be the standard.

I love this CVS store. I have been using it for 30 to 40 years and they are all great.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Try to call them when they mess up their meds? Oh! Leave a message and they won’t respond. Have a med refill? Oh! Jk they’re out of stock. I don’t know why this cvs is so irritatingly bad but it’s absolute stupidity and should be shut down. Screw the phone system where they won’t let you talk to a human too. Do better

Best assistance from Tina, especially when she was obviously working with little resources! I felt for her when there were 6 people in line and just her but she always communicated to everyone in line.

This pharmacy is the worst I don’t even know how it stays open. They have the worst schedule and the worst hours and they take lunch breaks that aren’t posted on the Internet so you show up and then no one‘s there to help you, it’s the absolute worst. do not recommend making this your pharmacy.

My doctor sent the scripts to the wrong CVS. Unknowledgeable employee "Hugo" is clueless (I'm being nice). Um, is he sampling the goods? I spoke to a female employee on the phone that was snarky and rude. Her English was poor, at best. The attitude, however, was strong. Thank God for Elvira! She was knowledgeable, kind and helpful when I had a consultation for meds I have never taken. Even though it was busy and "Hugo" was not able to deal with the pressure, she took time to assist me. That being said, I will make sure my prescriptions go to the correct CVS in the future.

Jason Diaz needs to go back to training not only did he profile me but he accused me of stealing without saying it and after I let him loo, in my bag which I didn't have too he still asked me to leave .. his lame excuse was he didn't feel safe with me having merchandise in my cart and that he has the right to refuse anyone ... What that means is he felt stupid for acussing me and let's just kick her out then I won't have to deal with it . To bad I am not the one to go away quietly.. he needs to be trained .. I was so embarrassed. And he just lost that store money I just got a settlement

Extremely rude lady at pharmacy window, went to pick up prescription and she said it’s already closed ,” we close at 8pm” I look at my iPhone was 7:58pm and I meant for her to see that I looked at time , and it’s not 8 yet .She seemed careless if I got my prescriptions or not .

No customer restrooms, per store associate. Odd for a CVS located smack dab in the suburbs. They don't want to attract that Anaheim Hills riffraff, I guess.
