The customer service lady Vanessa is rude and unhelpful. I tried to explain that there was a missing part as the printed paper that the sofa come with shows. She was making it very difficult when I had sent over the photos and just said she did not receive it, so i sent it again and proceeded to say that they are closing. So i called the furniture store where i made the purchase and was told their warehouse does NOT close until 7pm and to return to the warehouse to pick up the part. If you’re don’t like helping people, then customer service is not for you!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The girl answering the calls refused to give her name . She made this difficult for missing screws . All we needed were the screws and she gave me the hardest 4 hours of my life . I get it people have bad days, but I personally believe that you shouldn’t work in customer service if you aren’t going to have the proper attitude to help people . I spoke to the Supervisor Salvador and I hope he does something about it . I arrived to the shop and the girl instantly cooperated because the supervisor was there . Meanwhile over the phone, she was speaking with an attitude , was very rude, and was just giving us a hard time.

Been polite on the place of work it's a most
If you don't want to be nice to customers
That is the least you can do.
If a customer is in front of you ,saying good morning, a least acknowledge, don't just walk away leaving the customers standing there.

Your delivery truck are parking and blocking my driveway and business at your new Anaheim warehouse location. Please use your leased location and station your trucks in there.

Be cautious. You should double check everything before picking up. I had to rent a trailer and I had a moving crew help me move a bunch of things at the same time. Upon getting the package into my home I discovered it was ripped. I will have to rent another trailer or pay them to come out and exchange the damaged goods. They will not come pick this one up and exchange even when I live just 10 minutes away. Warehouse ops should be taking full responsibility for their processes even when a customer didn’t pay for delivery. My item is damaged and now they’re making me responsible for transporting it back at a cost. I don’t have a truck.

Since covid procedures are being followed here at Daniel's warehouse, it would be nice to have at least an umbrella for the customers waiting outside in the heat.

The warranty department and the stuff they have there is basically trash all made with cheap material material the staff and customer service department do not know anything. They are just I the business of jipping people off.

Exelent service. It is much easier just to go pick up small stuff at the wearhouse. Also I have a delivery made and the workers were really nice and respectful. I will definently recommend buying at Daniel's. Prices are great and lots to choose from.
