If I could give lower than one star, I would. Terrible treatment of patients. Administrators, doctors, and most technicians are RUDE, argumentative, and disrespectful. There are numerous complaints I could share, but here are just a couple. Doctors, nurses, and technicians are complacent at best when patients are hurt multiple times by unsuccessful cannulations because "it happens all the time" and "well what do you want us to do about it" as we have been told by the administrator, doctors, nurses, and technicians. Nurses advise patients to arrive at a specific time, yet when they appear as instructed they are told by the Administrator that they are wrong, because they have been told "time and time again there is no time slot for them". So why are nurses advising them to arrive at that time?! A fact that these people seem to forget is that, these people HAVE to have have dialysis treatments, they do not come because they want to. What happened to bedside manner? If anyone is in need of dialysis treatment, save yourself and find another facility where patients are actually cared for.
