Stayed here for the beginning of our honeymoon, and let me tell you, if it wasn’t for location and the fact I had free nights with Wyndham, I would have switched hotels. From the check in experience of just plain rudeness to walking in and having a cockroach waiting for us inside the door, it was not a good experience. There is definitely some interior flaws but can be over looked. But the location is good, besides having to walk over the highway (bigish hill) you are right by Disney.

Worst hotel to stay at if u want them to just walk into your room even after putting up the do not disturb sign on your door then this is the place to stay cause they will walk in anyways an loom through all your stuff..we had the sign up an went to Disneyland we come back to our stuff moved around an no Towles in the room even after we know where we left them an when u try to comfort the front desk of course they say no one did.worst hotel I wouldn't waste my money here again if u wanna have a relaxed vacation an not have rude old guys throw attitude at u all the time no customer service at all

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately this time was nothing like the 1st time and it really put a damper on what was suppose to be a relaxing fun vacation. 1st we had to leave the breakfast area because there was a family eating in there that was very ill and was coughing non stop. We were so uncomfortable we left breakfast and proceeded to go outside and wait for the shuttle. As the driver pulled up this sick family wanted on their very small shuttle with us. I asked the shuttle if he could take us 1st and come back for them because they are obviously very ill. When I say ill I mean ill, they all had a constant cough inc their poor baby. I couldn’t believe they were eating in public and off to Disney. Even the receptionist had made a comment and gave me a mask upon leaving breakfast while waiting in the attached lobby. This older shuttle driver was so rude! He said no he couldn’t take us 1st or make a second trip granted it wasn’t even a far drive. I told him ok let me go to the lobby and get the rest of my family masks. Meanwhile my husband told him we would just Uber because he doesn’t want his whole family sick and how ridiculous this family was. The shuttle driver was so rude and knew we were upset but didn’t care. He let the family go in before us and shut the door and took off ? I went into the lobby and told the receptionist she said she would get a hold of him and have him take us. We went back to wait for our shuttle and he pulled up next to us, got out and went inside!!! We went back in to figure out if he was taking us or not. Turned into a big argument of he said he she said. He finally took us. I asked him a question in the shuttle and he pretended not to hear me. This older driver was so rude and a bad representation for this hotel. This should not of happened. I’m so disappointed with our stay, our room door was hard to get open, bathroom was was dirty, wall was tore up which I would have been ok with for I’m not a big complainer but nothing was great this time around ?Also my name is Amanda not Gloria but thanks for checking into this. Doesn’t do much for us though ?

Im gonna make this short and sweet because i dont want to think about this place for another second. I Stayed here for a family trip to Disney. That's about the only good thing at this place. The staff is completely unfriendly and disrespectful. They were yelling at us about someone else's car and didn't even apologize once they realized their mistake, we had and empty cup with us in the pool area and the maintenanceman comes over doesn'task how our stay is going or how we are and just starts yelling at us that we cant have food and drinks in the pool area i explainedthat it was empty but he didnt care. The rooms are awful they need a deep cleaning there are spider webs hanging from the ceiling it's just over all awful.not worth the price at all.

This is very disappointing for me to write because this is the place I normally stay every year for the past 3 years when I take my kids to Disneyland. To begin with, I’m not sure if it’s new owners or what, the front desk Hispanic guy was extremely rude and racist! He watched us THROUGH front desk window to make sure we had the amount of people we said we had, he stayed there watching like a weirdo for at least 10-15 minutes, he didn’t do that to the white family that checked in after us. Also his attitude was just very nasty and unprofessional when checking us in. My room also had ants and I found 3 giant spiders outside of my bathroom, I called front desk and of course he answers the phone, the first thing that comes out of his mouth, did you just notice this? Because you’ve been in the room for almost an hour. Like what? How unprofessional! Does it matter how long I’ve been in the room that I BOOKED AND PAID FOR in advanced for 3 days!.. completely ridiculous! And they NEVER send anybody for the ants or the spiders! Never called my room back never send anyone. Nothing! Oh but he sure was quick enough for wanting to charge me extra because he saw 2 of my relatives visit me in the room. I called front desk several times, never picked up, I didn’t want to ruin my kids short vacation so I let it be, we didn’t really stay there during the day anyway only spent the nights there, but I will never stay at this place ever again.

Ok. So let’s get the plus out of the way. As a frequent visitor to Disneyland this is really close. Like so close you could sit outside and watch the fireworks. That being said. If you’re inside when they go off, it sounds like your door is being attacked. Is what it is, not their fault. However, service was awkward at check in. But what killed it for me is that this place doesn’t look like the images they have posted online. Atleast my room seemed quite ghetto. Out of date and dingy. It wasn’t well cleaned. The toilet barely worked and the first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was a sewage smell. I travel here often as a travel vlogger on YouTube. Will not stay here again.Nearby activities: Close to Disneyland and Knots Berry Farm.

This is my second stay. My first was in 2019. I've noticed a big change. The shuttles run less frequently, the continental breakfast heavily scaled down, and the rooms need a deep clean to refresh. There were alot of ants in the bathroom that we did report but did not receive anything other than, "Oh, Im sorry."The beds are comfy. The pool and hot tub are great. The breakfast girls are very nice as was the evening shuttle driver who offered lots of good tips.

1st time staying at this place & it wasnt bad at all. Employees were very nice. Rooms were clean & spacious. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily but dont change out towels unless you ask for it. Never had a problem with finding a parking stall. Water pressure in the bathroom was good but the sink had very low water pressure. Breakfast is from 6:30-9:30. An employee makes the waffles for the guest. Not much choices to eat but it was enough to get our day started at Disneyland. They offer a free shuttle to & from the park but the hotel is very close & walkable. We will definitely stay here again.

The room smelled like mold/mildew. I had a hard time getting a second parking pass due to their 1 car per room policy that was not on the website or posted anywhere. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, or toast. It's close to Disneyland but not a convenient walk. The staff I dealt with were rude.

I booked here because it was close and semi- affordable. It was clean. Carpet had some burns and the bathtub needed to be recaulked. BUT I was gone all day enjoying the park. Came back, fell asleep and left. Reminds me of Pop Century in DSW.

Didn't have high expectations due to the poor reviews that have been left by other visitors, but we had a nice stay. It's a great location within a mile of the Disney Parks and has shuttle service to and from the park. Noticed some stains on the bedding, floor, and couch. Room had a small fridge and microwave that came in handy. Breakfast was offered every morning from about 6am-930am. Breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, bananas, orange juice, & apple juice. There was also tea and coffee. There's a pool and jacuzzi on grounds as well as washer and dryer. Ice machine is located near the pool area next to the washer and dryer. Hotel offers free parking and wifi with your stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful. They also offer scooter rentals. Overall it was a great stay and we plan on returning for future trips to Disneyland.

Freshly done hot waffles for breakfast, and hotel shuttles takes you nearby locations in case you didn't want to drive; conveniently located near freeway exit, and not very far from Disneyland and convention center. Great services and not dimension. Totally got my money worth!! ??

I never leave reviews but this place was awful.Pros: location, girl at front desk was very niceCons: dirty room, moldy ceilings, terrible smell, non-vacuumed floors, toilet paper was falling apart?, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed and pillows, breakfast didn’t contain anything but carbs(waffles, toast, and cereal), the apple juice tasted like dirty tap water, and smelly ACThis place is a health hazard. I don’t understand how anyone gave this place five stars.Take a look at the pictures for proof of the disgusting bathroom situation.

Great location, 15 minute walk from Disneyland. The room was very simple and outdated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was a joke, just cereal and some bread.
