I’ve left multiple messages, tried multiple extensions to reach someone, I tried messaging on Facebook. Is this place even still in business? I’m disappointed. Even if they did return my call, the now glaring lack of responsiveness has me scared to order from them.

DG is the only company to continue to manufacture the exaust for my machine!! I just received the package from them, and it's waiting for me to open! Can't wait!

Had a little tour of DG and was very impressed with the hard work that goes on to continue the name of DG. Mark's collection of old bikes was awesome and one of best collections in the world. He was happy to show us the bikes upstairs like old Huskys and Pentons and even some works bikes. Mark was super kool to us and offered his ideas and explained his Indian collection also. Hard working, kool cat. DG still makes the old pipes ! Thank you for such an enjoyable tour through DG !! Jonny Z

DG V2. I’ve owned it 6 months and maybe put 300 miles on it. I noticed some noise while on a ride so I opened it up when I got home. No welds on the baffle at all. The packing looks incorrectly installed. I reached out trying to get some help and I was told I could buy a new baffle and packing, claiming it wasn’t repacked soon enough causing the welds on the baffle to break. I asked where I would find these welds if present and if they could send me a picture of where the welds are located, with no response. I won’t be buying or recommending DG in the future.

V2 DG Exhaust for YFZ450 lasted 2 desert seasons and breaks on 1st ride of 3rd season. Offered a good deal? in replacement pipe ($90 plus shipping). Only had 4 spot welds holding it together.

I had bought a used bike with Hard Krome exhaust pipes and I wanted to order some quieter baffles. I called and ordered them over the phone and they worked perfectly. Andy was a big help and they are great to do business with!

Bought a DG slip on for my DR200 project bike from a big Vendor. When the midpipe ended up being the wrong size I wasted a couple weeks trying to figure it out through the vendor. Called DG directly and got connected with Andy. ANDY WAS AWESOME! Not only did he send me shipping labels and fix the problem as quickly as possible, he and everyone else I dealt with at DG was respectful and really knew their jobs. I now have a great pipe installed and Andy earned my respect and loyalty.

Andy at DG was the best customer service person I've ever dealt with. Patient and a total problem solver. He spent most of his day helping me get a part that I've spent over a month trying to get from hard krome. I'll do all of my business with DG from now on. Thank you Andy!!!
