We just stayed at the DisneyLand Hotel and had a blast! Rooms were comfortable, traditional Disney features (could tell it’s been a while since renovation but wasn’t old or gross). The hospitality from all the staff was top notch as well. We loved being able to access the parks early and enjoy Downtown Disney throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

My family went to this hotel on a make a wish trip. We were grateful for this experience, however this hotel wasn’t that great. We stayed in the fantasy tower at first, and our rooms didn’t have the day bed as promised. We are a family of 7 and we did not have nearly enough room. My disabled son needs his own bed because of how he moves around and other factors that are unique to our family. We were told there was nothing they could do. That night we realized our hot water in our handicap accessible shower wasn’t working. We were told that someone would come look at it, and no one ever showed up. The next morning, we requested someone to look at it again. A tech came and fixed after a second request. Then, the next day they said they would move us to another room. The other room was much better, but located far from the parking lot. Having a wheelchair bound person, you need parking to be close. It was quite a walk. Then, we left two make a wish shirts in the first room. We were told that lost and found had our items, then we were told they didn’t and we had to call about five times and file a report for the items. We never ended up getting them back. Very poor communication amongst the staff it seemed like. Overall it was a hectic experience and I personally would not go back to that particular Disney hotel.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here back in November! Super clean, and such a beautiful and special hotel. Extra special shoutout to all the lovely cast members who were so kind and helpful during my stay. ESPECIALLY the super sweet cast member who helped me with my bags on the way up to the hotel room and complimented me on my Legend of Zelda backpack :) If you happen to be reading this, I AM SO SORRY I forgot to tip you oh my god 😭 I had a 20 in my pocket meant for you but I was so excited and distracted that I completely forgot. I realized when I found it in my pocket while clearing out my jacket after dinner. I tried to go up to the front desk to find you the following day, but (even more sorry) I couldn’t remember your name 🥲 Though I remember you saying OoT was your favorite 😭 I checked back a couple of times during my stay and never found you :( I’ve literally felt guilty for months lol because you were so sweet and so so deserved that tip AND I FEEL SO BAD IM SO SORRY
Disneyland hotel 10/10

Convenient access to downtown Disney and early entry to parks when available. The discovery tower is pretty new and we couldn’t resist adding points to the dvc timeshare. Tiana and sleeping beauty themes in the studios for dvc are charming.

The latest trip to Disneyland met all of our expectations. The Disneyland Hotel honors Veterans with a discounted rate of 40% and $40.00 Valet for Disabled. We started our stay in the new tower of Villas, a great option for families with littles that can sleep on the Murphy bed, but if you’re a group of adults, try to stay in one of the original towers as the Murphy beds aren’t very comfortable. We moved to the main tower. There is also a new tiki bar at the pool Trader Sam’s where depending on the drink ordered you could experience a shipwreck with water splash or a hurricane 😂. We also enjoyed the desert option for World of Color. Well worth the price for the bubbly or other cocktails, desert charcuterie and bottomless hot cocoa! Heading to Disneyland Paris next!
Walkability: Located right at the end of Downtown Disney, walk straight to the Monorail to enter the park without all the lines, disembark in Tomorrowland and grab the train anywhere you want to go in the park. Also a great way to escape at the end of your day, bypassing the crowd down Main Street.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location cannot be beat for getting to the parks and don't forget that if you're heading into Disneyland you can save quite a bit of walking by taking the monorail!
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and worked magic with our rooms when we checked in. The valet staff and Bella staff were all top notch and helped us a ton. They answered lots of questions and even told us stories while we were walking all the way to the car.
We even shopped at the store here because my son forgot his saline solution and they had everything we needed and the staff was very friendly.

Good location, friendly staff, heated pool. As a first time guest I thought that since it was the Disney hotel, they would have more kids friendly experiences or the rooms to be more updated. There is charge for waters and room service that for the price you’re paying you think it should be included. Good overall, I don’t think I would stay there again though.

My family and I had a great stay here. Everyone from the minute we go there to the time we left were are fantastic. They all seemed happy to be there, great attitude, polite, respectful, and very attentive. They answered all of our questions and encouraged us to ask more if we had any doubt about anything whatsoever
The store downstairs is very convenient. It has many great souvenirs.
Check in is very easy and check out is automatic so you don’t have to worry about that.
We got to see the Fireworks from our room. Great view. We will definitely be back

Love the old time feel of DL hotel. Relatively far from park ( compared to GC) .

A mediocre hotel at best. $850/night what was supposed to be a deluxe studio came out a barely enough space for a family of 4 with a parking lot view. The builiding itself looks like an average hospital from outside and a little cozier inside but nothing that can justify its outrageously high prices. $850/night could buy me 3 nights in a spacious room at Cesar's Palace. But the turning point was finding "Sorry We Missed You" note inside our room even though Do Not Disturb sign was hung outside our room. And if outrageously high room prices are not enough they also charge for self-parking separately. Absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth but Disney Hotel is definitely the biggest scam on Earth.

I like it but Polar Express I hope they remind you of that movie But I like it
Rooms: Ciudad del It measures 16 m and has had more than 5 floors, it has 251 rooms
Nearby activities: The pools are good but I want to ask about the person. If a person ignores you and you pay attention to them, you are paying attention.
