It is a good store. Lots of good finds. Some surprising finds. They have a big party section. Food foods. The staff is ok. They are trying, so give them some room. I think it is a great idea to go to this place before hitting the grocery, Walmart type or party stores, you never know what you will find. Keep in mind, stock is rotated based on what they get, so one day it is there, the next day it is gone.

The whole staff is the best! Im sure it is store policy to say hello to everyone , but i bet they would do it anyway. If you need help. They got you. Can not say enough grea things about the staff and the store as a whole.

Good to know: Every dollar tree has several different things that other dollar trees don't carry. I have been doing various crafts and gardening projects lately.. it has been helpful for me to visit a couple of different stores. Although I don't know if you can find anything for a dollar.. you certainly can find many things for $1.25.. that's a welcome relief from the many $2-$5+ items at the 99 cent store.

It is bad service for the customer. They don't let you use the bathroom even if it's an emergency. I talked to the manager and he said he didn't have the key.

These employees literally ask me to leave my backpack on the front desk like dude, there is no dollar tree policy sign and the funny part is that I went last time and one asked me to leave my backpack in front like those employees very rude and always nosy about everything when I enter. "I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING THIS STORE"

Use to love coming here. Almost daily as I live across the way. Went in for a gift bag todayand the moment I walked up to them the employee ILENE was staring me down and as I start d looking for a bag (as they are unorganized and you have to look through them for the one you want) a bag fell and she immediately picked it up and began making comments about how fkn rude customers are making a mess and looking at me with attitude. . And I didn't say anything continued to look and put a bag down that I was gonna get she picked it up and made more comments about that I need to pick up my mess. I got really upset and told her it wasn't my job and she began to yell at me and say things to me that were i appropriate for an employee to say to a customer. I left and didn't get the 5 bags I needed. I called to complain and manager didn't seem interested in what I had to say just said ok I'll talk to her and that was it. Very unprofessional place.

Great store , they definitely could use a few more employees on registers but what store couldn’t, the store is clean enough and more importantly the employees are bringing good vibes.

Overall the store is really 5 star ⭐️ from price to value, cleanness, staff attitude and friendly environment BUT it can go down to 1 ⭐️ easily as they don’t accept returns even with invoice and untouched and within 2 weeks.
IDK but they should mention this at the beginning r and as far as I know all companies here got return policy
