Very good staff and branch. They make everything simple. Have never had a problem and the staff has always been a pleasure. This location is super convenient for a quick transaction since EBWs are not too common. Mr. Simon is always willing to help with any questions/concerns I have.

We use East West Bank for work and this branch is awesome!! They have an amazing group of people working there. Everyone is always helpful and super nice even when dealing with not the most convenient customers, such as ourselves-when bringing multiple deposits probably WAY too close to closing... The branch manager Simon also goes above and beyond also to make sure that we are taken care of. Thanks guys for being so patient and forgiving with us, appreciate you ALL!!!

One middle aged lady who was working there today got me feel uncomfortable or even inferior over a money exchange matter. I gave her a stack of CNY and it took her a while to pull up my info and later she started asking question about how long have I been back to the state and what city did I live in China, (Is this part of the US custom??) she even said that I'm not even under quarantine or so (how'd you know?) and I shouldn't go out and bring the money over here and have them count it, etc. these questions are unnecessary. Idk if she's new there, she seems slow and unprofessional! Whoever the manager is, teach her how to be professional as well as telling her to watch her language!! I could have just got my money back and being mad and left right away. I decided to patiently wait till the end when she finally told me the exchanged value, her coworker and she told me that I should keep it because the deal is not that great. Plus I was not in the mood of exchanging it anymore so I took my money and left. Unprofessional manner and unpleasant experience here! That employee should be laid off !

Just wanted to update. The next couple days later the manager called me to apoloize and told me they found my dollar in one of the machines... At that time I was very fustrated because my dad gave me a certain amount and I had to tell him he was wrong. And course I felt really bad.. However, I'll give them one more star because they knew they were wrong but the person who through a fit at me did not apologize herself. However my dad still gives high hopes for this bank but I moved on to Chase. Even if I look young I'm still a customer. "Don't judge it's book by it's cover" Side note: The funny thing is since this is an Asian bank I thought I would get bad customer service because their may be some misunderstanding but the person who helped me was (I believe was Hispanic-American) who spoke perfect English but lacks customer service and can't even admit she was wrong.

I cant say enough of how this fantastic bank change my perception of true banking. Thank you to the associates of East west Bank. A special thanks to Roger, June, and May. You know exactly what people desire for their banking needs. Customer service has been exceptional since I opened an account there. Thank you so very much.

It took over a week to close a CD. They kept changing the requirements. I became involved with the bank when my 86 year old disabled mother-in-law wanted to close an account. By phone I was told to mail a letter next I was told to mail copy of trust identification next I was told to send more trust documents next I was told that a form must be notarized next they demanded confirmation from a doctor that the trustee (mom-in-law) was disabled. Laura contacted mom's physician to confirm that mom was disabled. Still not good enough, it took over a week to close. Every day there was a new excuse as to why they could not close the account. I was dealing with Laura who kept telling me that the "back office" was making all these requirements. They are definitely not consistent with other banks. At the time, I was disabled (from a construction accident) and confined to a wheelchair. Eventually we collected the money out of East West Bank when we traveled to the Glendale branch. I could only conclude that they did not want to close the account and return the money. Worst banking experience ever. Just wondering how often they take advantage of disabled seniors.
