Terrible service. Requested 2 people to help us work a trade show booth in Anaheim, last Thursday. The show starts Wednesday of this week. We were assured by Nima that we would have staff, and he would send us their information on Friday. Heard nothing on Friday. Today, a day and a half before the show starts....get an email from Nima (didn't have the decency to even call us) saying they could not accomodate our request. He keeps telling us how professional he is - but a professional would have called and explained. Totally unreliable company, and no remorse whatsoever for leaving us with no help.

My experience with express has been superb since the day I went in to fill out paper work until now. They’re very communicative I’m always getting emails keeping me updated about job offers or for the job that I currently have now and for all the questions I’ve had they’ve been very helpful. I recommend them if you’re looking for a job.

Express Employment always comes through for me. I was only supposed to work this assignment I’m at now for 3 weeks but it turned into a permanent position offer. This Anaheim office is very quick to reply and ready to help you in anyway necessary. Great customer service. Make sure you apply!

Horrible communication. They tell you they will call back and never do. They don’t respond emails to at least tell you they have nothing available. It’s funny how they want good employees but show horrible work ethic themselves.
