Kind of sucks that this company has such bad reviews, but each experience is unique. My daughter has been ordering from them for about a year and is very satisfied. A couple of times she had minor issues, but she easily overlooked (I wouldn’t have lol). She appreciates that the vegetables are fresh and organic and that she can customize her boxes. She has never had an issue with delivery and they typically deliver late at night so items stay fresh.

A little pricey for what you get, but I guess you’re paying for the convenience. Most of the time, the produce was very high quality, but a few times I received items that spoiled within a day or 2 (blueberries, tangerines/mandarines, peaches). A few times I forgot to customize my box, which was my fault. But if someone doesn’t customize their box, it would make sense to send a box of items that you have at least ordered before. The few times I didn’t customize my box, they sent me a box mostly containing items I have never ordered before. It would also be nice if they sent you an email reminder to customize your box before the deadline. I ultimately cancelled because I didn’t want to give away $37 worth of produce to my neighbors every time I forget to customize my box. Nice that you can order additional items as well, but not enough value in the price for me.

Had such a helpful experience today from Ashley, originally thought she was calling from HelloFresh because I had just completed a trial, but she was so sweet and informative it made me realize it was too good to be Hello Fresh. Originally found you guys at Venice Artists & Fleas and she got me signed back up for my membership after a year away!!

For $37 you get $17 worth of veggies/fruit. The delivery aspect can be a convenience, but they don't send a notification that a delivery has been made so your veggies/fruit could be sitting outside your door for hours or longer. The $20 per delivery is a steep convenience fee. It just doesn't make financial sense for us.

Very happy with their service! Everything comes as expected and arrives early at the front door. We enjoy receiving organic foods from our southern California hometown while spending time in Las Vegas. Everything available from organic fruits and veggies, eggs and dairy to flower bouquets, bread, bath products, chocolates and anything else local. Prices are just as expensive as the grocery store and the convenience of front door delivery is wonderful!Especially love the storage tips included!Thank you Farm Fresh To You! We love our weekly delivery!

Maybe this worked better for other customers. This was my 1st try & going to cancel already. The box was not worth the value of contents received. I checked my front door at 7:30 AM & didn't see the box. Delivery staff did not contact me if unable to access into our complex. Until I got a notification email then I went to search the box. I emailed back & have not received a response. I found the box outside the gate, filthy w insects by a pond. It was left opened as if it was a discarded packaging. Found Kale that's not krispy fresh but soft with yellowed leaves. Not impressed with the freshness & service. I better just go to other stores or farmer's markets.

Farm fresh to you...I've used them off and on for years now.My 1st year was pretty good.A few times they had some hiccups but they always corrected it.Then they started getting sloppy and it was like there was always something wrong.Which became more of a hassle than going to the grocery store myself.So I stopped/canceled for a year.I returned during covid and that was a disaster.From missing items, missing boxes, and delivery drivers just tossing boxes wherever...Once they tossed the boxes by my mailbox next to the road.So needless to say I canceled them again and didn't use them for a 1 1/2.I decided just recently to start them up again.To my surprise it's a lot better but way more expensive.So a little disappointed in some of their pricing.Usually I get my boxes at night which I prefer.All my stuff stays cold.They pack the boxes with good care.Also Whomever delivers the boxes does it with care as well.Haven't had any major issues as of yet.So far so good.Hopefully this isn't a fluke and they have changed for the better.

First box delivery great, no issues. Second box was thrown in the trash by the delivery driver. I’m including a picture. I send it to the customer service email. They did not apologize and instead sent back a picture of a different apartment complex and said it was delivered. I emailed back pictures of my building and door stating that their information was once again incorrect. I also asked for them to not attempt delivery at 7am as my apt has no gate code so deliveries should be during business hours. No response received other than automated email that my account has been closed. Please work on your customer service approach. This was a really disheartening experience. I am incredibly disappointed.

I have been receiving Farm Fresh To You boxes for quite some years now. At a certain point, there was no going back. The quality is exceptional. Everything tastes better from them than the supermarket. Their produce can make you not to want to eat supermarket fruits and vegetables anymore, for being tasteless when compared. Additionally, it is a locally owned company run by amazing people. They care about their community and show it through their support.

I've been a customer for years (5+). I will admit, the produce is not perfect every time, but I do love the convenience of the deliveries and the value is there. I find their customer service to be easy and responsive. They take care of any produce issues immediately. I also like the website interface. Being able to pick and choose produce is nice. I've been part of other CSAs where we were not given any kind of choice as to what was in our box, and being able to substitute or get ingredients for a specific recipe is nice. Overall, happy customer.

The vegetable quality is really good but the problem is the app says they will delivery on Friday. But they delivery my food at midnight how come i Can get up at midnight.... Each time i am worried about my food get spoiled. Its a nightmare.

I signed up for Farm Fresh to You at the OC fair. I was looking forward for my food being local, supporting local farmers, controlling our food amounts since it's just two of us, and getting this great product straight to our door. All that has gone into the compost pile with my experience with this CSA. My box was supposed to arrive last night. I go out this morning, walk past my neighbors CSA box from another company, and see that my box isn't here. I go to my email to see that it says that the driver wasn't able to deliver it. That's weird because we don't have issues with deliveries in my area. Second red flag is I call the number listed, 1800-796-6009, and am given an automated response that says everyone is busy and then it automatically hangs up. Quality logistics right there. I call some time later and finally get through and explain I didn't get my box. The rep tells me that the driver didn't know which house is mine. That the rep put my address in Google street view and they're taken to the middle of the street near a street light. I'm not near a street light and, again, I've never had this issue with deliveries. When I enter my address into Google maps or street view, it clearly shows a house. I left instructions on how to access my unit from that house. Seems to me like the delivery driver just didn't feel like it and didn't think the process through. The rep says sorry but they weren't able to deliver, that i won't be charged and I'll get an order next week. I had meals planned on that box. I was so frustrated at this initial experience and saw the writing on the wall for an even more horrible experience to come. So I asked the rep to cancel my subscription. They were totally unfazed as if this is a common occurrence for a new member, who hasn't even received their first box, to cancel on their first interaction with the company. The rep said they'd email me. I said no, I'd like do it over the phone. I was put on hold then it was canceled and I received an email. I never even received the product. My experience with this company off the bat has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be back or recommending to other. Wish I read reviews before I signed up.
