I’ve used this office on several
occasions to print art work on different grades of paper, and every staff member has been very knowledgeable in helping me find what will work best to make my drawings pop without breaking the bank. Additionally, the FedEx custom print section on the website is very easy and user friendly, and orders are often ready for pickup ahead of schedule. A special shout out to Daniel, who was very patient, and helped me answer a lot of questions about many types of printing paper when I was in the facility recently.

Official FedEx location in a plaza on the corner of Imperial Hwy x La Palma. They're hidden, in the back of the plaza and not visible from either streets.
Staff wasn't welcoming or helpful, but we used their self-service kiosk and were able to be on our merry way.

I was having a very busy day flustered with a printing project and short on time. ULISES jumped right in. ULISES not only showed me a more efficient way to acomplish my goal but helped me finish proply. I can't thank him enough. Once again, the crew here at the Anaheim location knock it out of the park! I had an important client come to me with a very detailed art project. This was a document that had many illustrator layers. All vector graphics. I needed a print to canvas and a matte 24x36 poster print. I came into the store to discuss my best options on how to get this file to the team here. They suggested I come in and bring my graphic files on a stick. The files were very large. They got the graphics and uploaded to their templates and showed me a print preview. Looked good to me, we pulled the trigger and the results were amazing. More importantly, my client was extremely happy with the results. I cannot thank the team enough for ALWAYS going above and beyond for me whenever I need their services. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and professional and fast and communicative and with a positive attitude. Such outstanding service. Thank you!!!

For shipping drop off, it’s fine.For self-printing documents, it’s not the best. I needed to print a 50 page pdf in color, stored on my phone. They suggested emailing to their PrintAndGo service. The file is too big to attach to email. Next option, print on the copier from Dropbox. I uploaded my pdf to Dropbox and was able to access via their copier. But still, the document exceeded their 50mb limit. I asked if there’s another option and they said to log in to a computer to print to a laser printer. I was hesitant because of the higher cost, but was assured it would be the same price as the copier. It cost more. Another employee said I could send the file to their email, which was still not factually possible. I decided to compromise and print black and white since it’s a rough draft for a project. I was charged by the minute, waiting first for the download. Then I was charged $40 for the print. After the PDF print was sent 100% to the printer, it began printing. I logged off so as not to continue to be charged for time while waiting for the printer. The printer stopped printing 3/4’s of the way through. I logged back in to download again, feeling frustrated. An employee walked by to ask if I have any questions. I went through the story and the person suggested again to try the Print and Go email…which we both already discussed is not possible because of the file size. The employee then walked away to talk with other employees about their New Year’s Eve party plans. I remember when it was Kinkos and how terrible they could be. Now it’s still horrible to get customer service that knows how to use their system.

I really love having all of my business essentials printed here. The store itself is very clean and roomie, everyone who has helped me has been fantastic. One young lady even helped me with the lamination machine. I create on Canva a bunch but I always download and have my things printed here. I also had an Ikea shipment delivered here. Very nice place.

I shipped A very important package from this location. I paid for over night shipping of a small package was the size of an envelope and it was over $80.00 to ship. The package never arrived and 7 days later it show arrived at the wrong location . Fedex is zero help, they are refusing to credit me for the shipping. So this cost me hundreds of dollars for the content and the shipping and I have nothing to show for it. Avoid FedEx at all cost!

I use this FedEx several times a month, sometimes weekly. The team here is always kind, efficient, and helpful! I've had especially good interactions and experiences with Mayra and Dan. Everyone here at some point has gone above and beyond to help me with my printing needs and my projects always come out great. This is the only place I will go for printing. Thank you so much to the team at this location for always making me feel like a valued customer and always doing the best work!

Honestly so far the worst deliver system Could exist around n in planet.They send a message that they have my package and up to now haven't get it Ipay about 60 dls just to have it on time n still a week after living in the same city they're not able to deliver .
