We purchased several items to remodel our bathroom. Ferguson had good prices and were very helpful. Alex G worked with us on our order and he provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of when items came in for pickup and followed up with the supplier when they were slow shipping items or shipped the wrong item. He promised us that all items would be ready by the time our contractor started work on the remodel and he delivered on this promise. When we remodel our kitchen, we will again order our plumbing parts from Ferguson.

My first visit to FERGUSON in Lake Forest, CA was a pleasant one, I was trying to find replacement parts for my toilet bidet, a T connector which I can't find at other stores but only at Ferguson, the best part was the sales person was very helpful, he is kind enough to show me alternatives parts and have solve my problem quickly, he is well knowledge and a courteous young man , his name is Tyoer with good attitude. Thanks to him and his kind service, I will definitely tell my friends about Ferguson and Tyoer.

The slowest people ever . Stood in line for 20 minutes behind only one person ... waiting, waiting, waiting. no one said one word to me . Finally decided to help myself and got someone to help me. I purchased one small bottle , this is the receipt I got . Please care about the environment Ferguson, feels like you are trying to hurt it .

This store is so perfect for people in the construction business especially plumbing. The guys working in this shop are very experienced and knowledgeable and if something is hard to find they will find it cause they did it for me a few times.
