The items here just keep getting worse, it's a bunch of junk, not worth the prices

Unhappy with the way associates and leads handled a mistake made on their behalf.1. Cashier Eli forgot to give me 2 of the items I purchased.2. Tried to get in contact with them but their phone does the automatic hang-up thing, no matter how many times you call.3. Had to spend an hour of my time and gas to retrieve my items that were no longer in stock.4. Asked if there was any way they could amend the inconvenience, and lead Desiree said there was nothing they could do.Don't keep apologizing for the error, if you're not willing to make it right. I worked 5+ years in customer service, and this is no way to handle a situation like this. A gift card would've sufficed. Also, be careful. Cashiers will triple scan items, instead of scanning each item individually, even if the items are different. They'll also scan Pokémon cards instead of the blanket you bought because "the bar code of the blanket wasn't scanning." I understand it's holiday season, and you're trying to get customers in and out, but what if I wanted to return the blanket, and had nothing to show for it on the receipt? Make sure to cross your Ts and dot your Is because it's not like y'all are understanding of your mistakes to begin with.Do better.
