First of all shout out to the main office number, I should have gotten her name but she was amazing in connecting me with an office that was open during the time that I needed. It was last minute and she came through yasss. Also shout out to Jennifer at the office she came through for me!! I greatly appreciate it.

I opted for full coverage from Fred Loya insurance and discovered that my deductible is $2000. I asked multiple times to change my deductible rate and they said no. After getting into a recent car accident, it was determined that I would be responsible for paying the full deductible 2000 amount out of my own pocket and extra 700 for there damages. I wasn't at fault. I strongly advise seeking an alternative insurance provider and avoiding any dealings with them as they seem to be engaging in fraudulent practices

It sucks that you have to give a star. Your better off with finding your own insurance online. They don't help with anything. They want you to talk to the other insurance police and lawyers and have the nerve to ask what they said. Waste of time and money. Full coverage before anyone thinks I paid the minimum.

This company is THEEEEEE worst company to deal with. How they remain in business is beyond me. They promise to call back by the end of the business day or at very least next morning....which is a lie. You escalate to a supervisor and they're no better. Can't get a hold of anyone to talk to...always goes to voice mail. Typical fly by night, hole in the wall dump insurance company. Can't find one nice thing to say about them! STAY CLEAR!! ZEROOOOOO STARS!!
