Best experience from beginning to end! Brought in my 2021 Lexus NX. Stephanie, in customer service, is very knowledgeable and patiently explained the process. She answered all my questions and was very accommodating when it came to utilizing insurance. She also made the transition to a rental vehicle very easy. After turning in the car I received texts and email updates letting me know the status of my vehicle. I also received calls from the parts department letting me know of the progress. When picking up the vehicle they happily showed me the scraps/replaced parts. The work is clean šš¼ Thank you for providing such great service!

They were fast responding to my inquiry and when I visited them without an appointment, they helped me right away. They fixed my Tesla parking sensor instantly when other shops and the dealer told me I had to leave my car all day and cost was ridiculously higher. Great service and I highly recommend and will go back!

Staff is very professional and friendly. They helped me out with removing my damaged splash shield for free! I tipped the guy $20 for a less than 5min service because they saved me so much time and money. I will for sure be going back and I've already recommended them to a family member of mine. Honest hardworking establishment!

Had my Kia Soul repaired here. Staff is easy to work with and was able to repair my bumper and repainted my hood without having to pay anything after the insurance deductible. They did an amazing job and will be recommending them to others. Even gave my car a wash and detail. They are closed on weekends, so work does take a little longer, but worth the wait.
