I opened my protein and found a hair inside it. I don't recommend anyone to buy from here. they blocked my number after I told them what happened.

I've been needing to go to GNC to pick up my pre workout. I normally go to the one at the block but it being the holiday season I didn't wanna go through the hassle of finding parking at the block after work, so I decided to head to the one on Lincoln since it's closer to home, only to find out it's freaking closed. The hours say it should be open till 8pm, there is no indication of holiday hours or anything. All the lights are off the door was locked. I wish I took a picture, but I was already annoyed as it is. I've been here before and had already told my self that I wouldn't be coming back because of the horrible customer service they have. The older lady employee is so rude and condescending. Management or someone above needs to come and check out what is happening with this store. Needless to say, I am FOR SURE NOT COMING BACK TO THIS STORE.

Dont let the positive reviews fool you, this place is terrible and the employee had an attitude. No wonder this place is always empty.

Ordered online for a pickup in store. Went in over an hour later and was greeted by an extremely rude employee who condescendingly told me that they did not receive my order and would not provide me further instructions on what to do. Then after this he told me that he has the ability to deny these orders when they come in because he doesn't make any money off them. I even showed the employee all of my receipts including ones with the order number tied to his address. The entire time I felt like there was something very sketchy going on. Called several hours later and all he did was tell me "I told you earlier than we don't have the order." Ultimately was the worst experience I've ever had with a supplement store, and will never be going back to this location. Still have not had my points refunded.

They’re very confrontational. I came in, an older woman with a hijab started following me (Racial profiling). It’s a very dusty store filled with suspicious products. Not recommended! Poor customer service and poor manners. Such uncivilized behavior.

Best gnc i ever been too. Best costumer service. Best variety of Supplements. So friendly here with great conversations and it is definitely my home g n c. I go out of my way to come here because G n c is the best. I definitely recommend anyone to come here.

I feel like this place gets a bad rep just from costumers that aren't as patient as others, these 2 people are really the nicest and most friendly people you will ever meet. They always ask if I ever need any help with any of the supplement and they have the best advise for which protein to get and they always love to have small talk. Far the most friendliest store in the Anaheim town square store
