My room was right by the street and I heard every car drive by at night. And I am not a light sleeper.

This establishment is beyond great. They have great customer service. Great rooms and overall I had a great experience there. The GM Sandy, Warner is amazing. She will literally go out of her way to make sure That that her customers are satisfied. Her and her staff are truly amazing. Thank you for a great stay. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you.

This is a bit of a mixed review.Understand that prior to booking you are booking an older styled motel. Yes renovated to fit the current IHG branding; but just like its neighbors it is an old motel. With that being said; service was the best I’ve experienced out of any IHG hotel. The Hispanic girl at night was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Answered every question and was helpful all the way through. The bed and pillows were more in the firm side compared to the very soft and thin ones most hotels use. This was a plus for me. I just ran into some few issues..1) Thermostat had no batteries making the AC unusable making the room incredibly hot. Front desk had to troubleshoot the AC then found this issue. Solved, but inconvenient.2) Splatters everywhere from bugs being killed.3) Shower head was incredibly gross; chrome has oxidized and it needs to be replaced.4) Dust bunnies include previous guests hair. Gave indication rooms are not throughly cleaned.5) Stayed in a room for 4 but only two bath towels available as standard. So I would’ve had to ask for towels. Again minor but inconvenient.Overall not terrible. The hospitality of the employees makes up for everything. I can say though when I’m in Anaheim again this won’t be my first choice.

We stayed here again. Requested the same room. Yay! It's a good mid-range room and property so I don't understand the low ratings. We've stayed at many budget places. And this is way better than all of the budget places, hands down. (I mean you still get the noise. But that is people. Like this morning, a car alarm was going off for about 5 minutes. Door slamming. Heavy footsteps. People are people. It's even worse in the budget places, domestic violence, a dog was barking, extremely loud sex, etc.)Breakfast is the star. Pancakes in a minute, various bread offerings- english muffins, sliced bread, plain bagels, mini muffins, mini cinnamon rolls, hot Quaker oatmeal, three cereals, chobani yogurt (2 flavors), mini packets of jams, peanut butter, cream cheese, cream cheese w/ veggie cream cheese, honey, etc. We met Christine who was very nice. She was checking to see if everything was alright and was very helpful. The service was excellent at the front desk. Nice people. Thank you, we appreciate it.

Christina at breakfast was lovely! She did a great job keeping hot food stocked and ready and was friendly and happy. The rooms were clean and large.

The rooms were huge. I stayed by myself in a two queen beds, I enjoyed it. Eventho I used one bed ? it was a great hotel. Breakfast was on point. The room service was great. I didn’t need cleaning but the ladies cleaned my room everyday for 4 days of my staying. Also the receptionist was great. Friendly and had a perfect customer service attitude. I didn’t get his name but he checked me in Friday evening. I will stay here if I’ll ever visited Cali in the future. Thank you HI.

Long line upon arrival took awhile to check-in. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the shower was very dirty. The 24/7 Washer and Dryer service was out of order. Lights in the hallways and lobby were all off and only turned on after a delay due to poor motion sensors. Elevator had a hand sanitizer, but it was empty. Breakfast was fine, and parking was good. Other than that, I really did not enjoy the stay. I expected this from the smaller hotel, but not from a $200+/night stay. Might as well stay that the Knott's hotel at this price and get a better experience.

After driving hours to get to our hotel this shit hole told us they have NO WATER for the night because it was SHUT OFF. The manager was 'not available' (gee I wonder why) and only someone who just started said they could cancel our room without a fee. THATS IT!?!?!? No transfer to another Holiday Inn property because they are individually owned. No call, email or anything was given to us in advance to let us know...... even though they KNEW days in advance that this was scheduled. Tasteless, sick bastards who don't even have the decency to let people know in advance. We NEEDED water for a shower for my car sick child that smelled of throw up, Didn't think that was something I needed to look for when searching accommodations. I took my business to Embassy Suites and haven't been disappointed since.

This was an amazing hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the employees were all wonderful. This is a great location (about 13 mins from Disneyland)! This location is situated right in between Disney land and Knottsberry farm. The breakfast was delish, and the pool was so nice. There isn't a hot tub, but the pool was very refreshing. We would come back to this location.

When I arrived with my family the guy at the front desk was very nice however he was training a new hire and had me waiting 5 min. I asked if they had a cart for our luggage and was told no because the hotel was new and that he ordered some. When we got to our room there was cigarette burns in the carpet, blunt filling all on the carpet, phone handset was burnt and toilet paper holder was leaning but had the nerve to tell me that the hotel was new. Nothing about the hotel said new. Had breakfast in the morning and pancake machine was broken. All they had was eggs, sausages and oatmeal, toast and bagels

As we pulled up on this place, we saw a woman selling herself. The parking spots are very small and compact, so most cars take 2 spaces. The hallways are very dark and look scary to even go in at night. Our room was okay, except our door would not close on its own. Someone tried to open our room our first night, and luckily, we had the bolt on. so we were worried about leaving our belongings in the room.We also had no towels in our room, so we had to go to the front with an unpleasant lady and ask for towels. As we were walking to get them, we noticed another person doing the same.

I really wanted to say some good words about this Holiday Inn because the staffs were all very friendly. However, the amenities including WiFi, phone in my room didn't work during my stay. They forgot to perform a full room service after I requested. If you stay here and has no car, it will be hard for you to get something to eat. A couple of nearby restaurants are at least 10 min walk from the hotel. Their computer was down when I checked out and was promised to have the receipt sent as soon as it was running again. But so far I didn't receive it.Nearby activities: There is a community park nearby for morning run.

The only good thing I have to say about this hotel was the lady preparing breakfast every morning. She worked extremely hard and made sure everything was stocked and ready for customers. We were there for 1 week, for the entire week housekeeping was awful!!! When we checked into our room, a new ice bag was on top of a used ice bag with water in it. The floor was dirty, it look like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time. The carpet was dirty, it wasn’t vacuumed there was crumbs by the desk. The toilet bowl was dirty and the shower was also dirty. We booked the room for 4 adults but they only provided 2 towels every day. My dad would go and get 2 more towels from the front desk and asked them to make note for housekeeping to give us 4 towels. But they continued to give us 2 towels. On the second day of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. We repeatedly ask the front desk to have housekeepers restocked our room but they never do it.For the entire week we made our own beds, take out our own garbage. I honestly don’t know what it is that housekeeping do there.

Worse hotel experience. The room smelled damp. The hallway carpet was dirty, hadn't been vacuumed in a while. We booked two rooms and found things that guests had left items behind in BOTH rooms. We just felt like every aspect of this hotel was dirty and just icky. And not that it's there job but the soap provided was empty in the shower, fyi we brought our own soap but there soap looked interesting because it was dove. Would have been nice if it was full. Also all the photos on the app were not the photos of the hotel!!! We got CATFISHED!!!False advertisement!!!

Struggling with this one - I normally have good experiences with Holiday Inn Express locations; however this was awful. I had reservations, they canceled the reservations, then re-booked the reservation, then gave away my King sized bed room that I paid for - screwed up my stay, parking was abysmal, front desk night clerk was clueless, other guests were lots and disrespectful at all hours... the only thing that was good was breakfast - except they didn't have bacon ? ?. Room itself was wrong; but ok - morning person straightened everything out; but I was not confident my key would work when I came in the second night - it did. Thankfully. Location itself is in a janky area - positive is its only 15 minutes from Disney Parks and has a private parking lot (again parking is abysmal). I'd steer clear unless you're a gambler... wasn't a happy camper.
