Rooms were very dated and dirty, headboards were not cleaned. Bathroom looked okay but upon closer inspection some obvious mildew/mold in the corners. Room was very stuffy that we woke up with runny noses and headaches the 2 days we were here. Breakfast was never fresh, even after paying 20+ per person, you’d think they at least make it more fresh or have it topped up. There’s a large stuffed animal for 50$ on the desk when you come in, so for those with little kids if they play with it you will be charged. No water in any vending machines. Pool was decent and warm, which was the only positive of this hotel. You can get nicer hotels for much closer to Disneyland for the same price or cheaper.

We booked a themed suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room was spacious and well decorated. My girls loved it! The restaurant was not good, and it was also never busy, so I assume everyone else felt the same. The walk to Disneyland is easy and took approximately 20-30 minutes, to the inside of the park, one direction pushing a double stroller. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

If you’re looking for a reasonably-priced stay that’s close to DisneyLand, this is the place you’re looking for. The staff are very nice and accommodating, the rooms were nice and clean, and it’s a short 20-minute walk to Downtown Disney.Temper your expectations for a 3-star hotel, and you won’t be disappointed.

Hotel is good but the shuttle service is slow for how close it is to Disneyland. We ended up walking because we didn’t want to wait anymore. If you don’t want to make the 13min walk you might have to wait 30min for the

Meh. Hotel wasn't anything special. You can literally hear everything innyour room. Hotel loby has no where to eat dinner and you are notnallowed tonuse the dining area unless you huy their food. No place to fill water bottles with filtered water in lobby. Elevator was broken so only one was avalible and constanly packed. Room has a flickering light that makes it impossible to keep bathroom light on. Just mediocre. Holiday inn express has better standars.

First time staying in Anaheim. I was here getting a Tattoo. Don't really care for Disney. Didn't know what to expect, but the staff here was wonderful! Super professional and friendly. Next time I'm in the area, I will be staying here !Rooms: Rooms are comfy and clean!Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet was great! Plenty of options to choose from!

Your lovely Hotel was such a beautiful and relaxing place to go. Holiday Inn & Suite's , ❤️.I was there for the funeral and support, loss of life of a beautiful sister, daughter, young mother , an auntie, family and not for the Disneyland experience that clean and very lovely rooms were a bit a distraction from the emotional situation. I swear when the sheets to the duvet to the comforter pillowcases and beyond they were so perfect and felt like a cloud to lay on. Everything in my brother-in-law's room and mine was just as it should be perfect it was a perfect trip everything was great for the reason we had to be there it was definitely a distraction to have such a great room air conditioning was great and it was so hot outside to come back to our room and cool off and then go relax for a little while in the pool Thank you I really wish I knew what kind of sheet those were and that comforter it felt like down but I don't know.Rooms: Linens were top notch. Not sure if they were down feather or what exactly but they were definitely top of the line I would love to know exactly what they were didn't think about it until I was back home and wishing I was laying on those ones back at the Holiday inn. Too embarrassed to call and ask now. But if you see this Holiday inn maybe you could just post it so we all know I love your linens and your duvet and the comforter. ❤️❤️Noteworthy details: Attention to detail, thank you to your house cleaning staff you are very respectful of the fact that we were there for a family funeral.

Staying here again in a few weeks. It’s one of the BEST locations for Disneyland. There’s so much less foot traffic coming in the backside of Downtown Disney vs coming in off Harbor and that’s my favorite

Service was amazing for my family, we love the close proximity to Disneyland (made for a great morning walk), and the buffet breakfast had a lot to offer and was so good. Will continue to stay here when we’re back in

Rooms are good. All staff is helpful and friendly. Any request we had was completed in a timely fashion. Restraunt is good, but quite expensive for the breakfast.Pool was quiet and clean.Overall our experience was great. We would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here.Rooms: They only do full service cleans on extended stays if you ask. The standard rooms are ok in size. Good for 2 adults and 2 smalls kids. If you have a room with 2 queen beds. Was out for events most of the time so didn't spend much time in the room until evening/night time.Walkability: Easy walk to Disneyland or convience store

Staff was amazing. Close to Disneyland, but further than a block, I think it’s a very BIG block to the backside of Disneyland, closer to about a mile walk (maybe a little less, maps said .9) No breakfast is included and you pay for parking. The rooms were so cute and whimsical, my grandkids were so excited to see Disney characters as the theme. However, they needed maintenance and updating BAD. We stayed in a family room which was like two separate rooms. The king room had one old plug strip only on one side of the bed, to plug in phones etc. it was located under the bed. Paint was chipped and peeling, curtains were ripped, or stapled up. Shower needed a good scrub with some tiles as there was mold in every corner. The kids room seemed better, but needed some paint etc.

Thanks to the friendly staff and convenient location, we had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. They had our room ready early, which helped with our early arrival. The location was unbeatable, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was quiet. I can't wait to stay here again.

We have stayed at several locations in the Anaheim areas to go to Disneyland and explore the areas. I would have to say that this is the nicest hotel that we have stayed at. The staff where very friendly and helpful, parking was a breeze they had valet to park for you. Just unload the bags and leave at he desk if you are going to the park. It is only about a 5-10 minute walk to the gate, very manageable and we where never walking on a crowded sidewalk because everyone seems to talk the other way on Harbor. The breakfeast was great lots of options both mornings we where there, they where working to bring food out all morning so I would get there early to have better choices because they tend to change what they have or what they are making.Rooms: Rooms where nice size and very clean, no issues very comfortable for our party of a total of 6 adults and 4 kids. Sharing two connecting rooms.Walkability: 5-10 walk to the park very easy and not too crowded.
