We stayed here from Saturday to Tuesday. The total price I paid was almost $800. The price is decent for the hotel location. $186 a night for the weekend and $158 a night for the weekday. Also, parking is $30 a night plus taxes and fees!! The service I received from nearly every staff member was excellent !! All the staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. I believe that staff who are happy to work shows a lot. The hotel does also offer free breakfast. They have plenty of variety to choose from. We were going to Disneyland and this hotel is less than a mile away from there. There were plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Overall, the experience was great here. The only thing I can say that made me give the low rating was the cleanliness of the room. We got 2 rooms for the stay and both of them were pretty dirty. One of the beds had hair in them and on the blankets. The carpets didn’t seem to have been cleaned well in either room. Cleanliness is a major thing for me and I’m sure it is for lots of families with young ones. I also hate that we have to pay for parking. I see the most of the hotels do that near Disneyland though.

The staff were superb. Our room had a very gross smell and cockroaches. The kitchen was poorly supplied with cheap cooking utensils. The continental breakfast included was ok at best.

I had an amazing experience celebrating my son's birthday at this hotel, conveniently located near Disneyland. The shuttle service made our trip hassle-free, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful addition. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

Perfect hotel for a family visiting Disney and Knotts as we did. Easy walk to Disney while the hotel room had space, a kitchenette, and great amenities for a family. The staff was very good and professional. The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good even tho the eggs were the horribly processed variety.Nearby activities: Easy walk to Disney

Going on a Disney family trip. Booked two rooms through the Hilton Honors App. Not provided my Hilton Honors welcome bag (waters) at check in. First room (323) has major urine odor. Ask to switch rooms. Get placed in 350. Front desk person (i believe it was the GM. Benjamin) tells us 323 smells like "burnt popcorn". Agree to disagree. Tv in 350 doesn't work "no signal" but is repaired promptly. No further issues with the room itself.Breakfast is standard homewood breakfast. The walk to the park shuttle is fine. Probably the biggest benefit to this particular hotel. I've had to park about the same distance in the toy story parking lot.On the first day my step father, who arrived first the night prior, Advises me of the charges he was told for both rooms. It includes deposits, but is nearly DOUBLE what hilton honors app says. I go to the desk and asks where Benjamin tells me it should be what we had in the app when we check out. I also ask for my hilton honors waters since they were not provided at check in. Benjamin provides them "as a favor" but they are usually only given at check in. They were not provided or offered at check in.Flash forward to check out and the rate is $330 more than expected. When i show what the app says, the gentleman at the desk explains to me that must be a "glitch" and that we were charged the "correct" price per night on his end/in his system. When i refute this, and say they should honor what was booked he repeats that the charges are correct on his end. When i ask if i need to call hilton, he says yes. I call hilton, Kat was very helpful and agrees that there is a discrepancy between what i should have been charged and what i was charged. This is still on going at this point and will probably be resolved in the next 7 days.she mentions that the hotel will need to be called (by them) because these things are typically taken care of "at the hotel level".Assuming Benjamin is the GM of this hotel, (my google search for the manager of this location lead me to believe this is correct), he comes off as unhelpful, unwilling to even fathom a world where he is not correct, and is clearly passing this on to his employees. Good on him for being in the trenches on a holiday though. Unless someone quit because he is as unpleasant to work for as he is to be a customer of.

Hotel is clean and modern, rooms are spacious and provide everything you need. Our kitchen had pots, pans, cutlery and even Tupperware. Rooms are quiet and peaceful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the beds are uncomfortable. 2 queen beds and both were hard and blankets were thin. Hotel also makes it seam as if they have their own Disney shuttle but they are actually referring to the one next door in the Toy Story parking lot. Less than a 10 minute walk but staff wasn’t very helpful about how to get to the shuttle.

Stayed here last month and overall it was 5/5 stars. The hotel was extremely quiet and clean, rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with rotating menu items daily (including hard boiled eggs, fruit, sausage, rice & beans & tortillas, oatmeal, waffle station, yogurt, juices, eggs, etc). Coffee was good, too, and they had several creamer options including almond creamer and actual real cream which I appreciated. I bet people stay here just for the breakfast!Water pressure was good in the rooms, water was warm, nice curtains. We splurged and got a room with a kitchen/living room but did not end up utilizing the space. Rooms were nice, but no particular theming. We did have a killer sunrise view, though. :)We are able-bodied and fast walkers and we timed a 17 minute walk to the Security Checkpoint of Disneyland. We did take the Toy Story shuttle once, but we found it more convenient just to walk. Yes, it feels like a long walk, but hey, what's another mile? The only thing I'd ask is to please mark the gluten free items at breakfast for folks with allergies or dietary preferences.

I definitely recommend this hotel & we will stay here again next time myfamily is in Anaheim. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The front desk was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was filling & my picky toddler found items he enjoyed. The hotel is also close to Disney land.Overall the hotel is very family friendly & a great value for the price.
