SCAM SCAM SCAM Regretting the decision to have purchased here everyday....I drove almost 2 hours after speaking with a sales rep all day about a specific 4xe Sahara on the lot. I had been providing numbers and budget and told the rep I only wanted to drive out to the dealer if it was possible for that vehicle. Only for me to get there and then come back and tell me it was out of budget by nearly 2x the cost???? The sales rep then tried to sell me on a completely different model with virtually no options and tell me it was at the top of my budget. I should have taken this as a sign.... After going back and forth for nearly 6 HOURS I was able to get something closer to the vehicle I came for, but not the exact car. AND GUESS WHAT... Magically it was cheaper than the first base model I was shown with no options. Both were still exorbitantly higher than the price jeep advertises....The sales rep was talking about all the perks of buying at their dealer over others, such as, the complimentary GPS device installed in every car and the ceramic coating that they apply to every car. Come to find out they hide the fact that they charge it to your contract and it's almost $3000! INSANE. After reading other reviews I will be getting the car checked to see if this coating was even applied. After purchasing the vehicle I was constantly texted and called to give the rep and dealership 5 stars with a bribe for a "free tank of gas" Not not even 1000 miles later my vehicle glitched out in the middle of a busy road in LA nearly causing me and a passenger to get hit by multiple vehicles and is sitting at a local dealer... I do not feel safe driving this vehicle imagine if this had happened while on a highway?! I would be dead... I want to return this vehicle

We purchased a new car from them this past week and could not have had a worse experience. They confirmed that the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday. After dropping my husband off, he was stuck waiting for 4 hours because the car was in fact not there. He ended up Ubering home at 8:00 at night and was told that the car would be delivered to our house in the AM after being undergoing a full detail. Fast forward to the next day and the sales manager called to inform us that delivery was going to be delayed because he wanted to make sure the detail job was performed correctly. 6 hours later and we were told that we would need to pick the vehicle up. The car was filthy! Mind you, this is a NEW vehicle.In addition, we were told that there was a non-removable add on of a exterior ceramic coating and that the coating had already been applied to the car. The cost was around $4,000. When I looked up the VIN of the vehicle on the Crystler website, I found the exact car that they were bringing from the neighboring dealership with no notation of the ceramic coating. I called the dealer that the car was being picked up from and confirmed that there was no coating. After confronting the sales person and the sales manager, they removed the charge and said, "Hey, it was worth a try" ** with a smile and a smirkDISHONEST BUSINESS WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PURCHASE ELSEWHERE!

Don't go here. Scammers Brought my jeep in for warranty service and these guys fixed cams,lifters,rocker arms, when I heard about this damage I asked them to check oil pan for wear metals since there's many articles of the metal damaging the rest of engine. They assure me no metal found. Before leaving I complained and called mopar who scheduled another dealership to inspect for metal. Of coarse 2nd dealership finds metal everywhere and recommends now complete engine replacement. Mopar vehicle protection now insists the engine must be torn down to point of failure to get the engine replaced. Jstar just removed point of failure in the cover up attempt to not cost mopar the money for the new engine. So just know these guys will charge 4-5 grand and do a cam job knowing metal is everywhere in diptube,in oil pan,in oil control valve screen,magnetic dip tube. Even worse I've been without my vehicle since Sept 20 to current Dec 1 2023 and it's just sitting at another dealership who was truthful and said the metal was everywhere. Just beware these guys are scammers ill include texts and the next dealers report same month.

I'd give this a Zero if I could. There are at least 2 techs there who have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. They can't tell a bolt from a gasket or a hose from a bolt. Can't tell the truth because they're afraid of getting sued... Let me tell ya'll at J Star though... If ya'll don't get yourselves some people who know how to do the job they're assigned, you're gonna be looking at some hefty lawsuits. Just alone with the crap my family has dealt with, ya'll shouldn't be licensed to work on anything.

I would be very concerned that the owner from what I see only reply’s to 5 star reviews. But anyways my Jeep has been there for over 45 days and they want to charge me over 2000.00 to take it somewhere else and it’s no better then when it arrived.They are still trying to figure out why the back hatch won’t close automatically. As of today 10 /6/23 car is still not repaired. Let’s see if the owner responds to this review.Update. It is now 11/12/23 and I still do not have my car repaired.

Overall, great experience and purchase. I bought the vehicle from California and had it shipped to Indiana since it was the vehicle I was searching for and everything matched up.Process was smooth - They sent me a video of the vehicle and some pictures. Told me what they had done to vehicle prior to sale in terms of changing the brake pads and all the fluids on the vehicle.I was able to wire them money and purchase the vehicle and coordinated to have a shipper bring the vehicle to Indiana. I would have given 5 stars but they said that they had the floor mats and I got the vehicle with no floor mats.Minor issue overall and the vehicle is exactly what was described with the year, trim, mileage etc.Would recommend and felt that they were very transparent and everything went smoothly and they followed through on what was discussed.

DO NOT DEAL WITH JSTAR!!THIS IS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. THEY ALL LIE TO YOU. I've never really done a bad review about any business my entire life but this one for sure needs one. 1st: Herm was selling me a second key of the Jeep when I knew that it comes with two keys already because Kelvin told me and showed me it during my first visit on Friday when we did a drive test. I let this go and did not even tell him that I know it comes with 2 keys already.2nd: Herm tried to sell me an extended warranty (which I almost bought) for the lift the previous owner installed. I asked him if he has the specifics of the lift (brand, height) and he said he does not have that information but he said it's lifted and "it looks like a 2 inch lift" when he was looking at the picture on the computer. He took advantage of my ignorance about 4x4 vehicles. I found out from a knowledgeable friend when I showed him my newly bought jeep that it is not lifted and it's a stock lift it has.3rd: They put on the paper of the breakdown of the total out the door price that DMV fees is $771.25 dollars but when I received my registration it says that JSTAR only paid $40.00 and with an expiration of 5 months from the time I purchased it.4th: They are so hard to reach when I started telling them about this issue so I Just gave up and suck it up. I hope this review reaches customer to be careful dealing with all the people in JSTAR.I have the whole story of my transaction with JSTAR written but it wouldn't fit here.

Good overall experience with this dealership. Dennis was a good guy and very helpful. Only thing is that even though they don’t have “mark-ups”, they do charge extra for lo-jack and paint protection, which they don’t really advertise much online until you are told during negotiations. That’s the only knock I had, otherwise, sales team was pretty solid and quick.

From buying my car to maintaining it JSTAR has been amazing. Dawn was very helpful during the buying process and made sure I got my dream car as fast as possible. Since buying my car I have only gone back to JSTAR for service and Harvey has been an outstanding service advisor making sure my car is taken care of. The techs always do a great job and get my car done quickly!

I had the misfortune of dealing with this auto dealer service center for my Dodge Charger, and it was an absolute nightmare. They initially kept my car for a whole month, which is unacceptable, but that's just the beginning of my ordeal.During that month, they somehow managed to lose parts from my vehicle. They assured me they would order replacements, but here I am, a year and a half later, and I have yet to see any of those replacement parts. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction at this place is astounding. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this service center if you value your time, money, and sanity. One star is too generous for this place.

They were great! Nathan helped us and went out of his way to make it a smooth experience and ensure I was happy with the financing and the vehicle. Highly recommend!
