Trenton is the MAN! I run a theater in Southern California and our projector went out and we needed a bulb replacement ASAP! Not only did Trenton help us out with a great deal and have the best price on the internet he walked us through the insulation and troubleshooting..
We would have been lost without his expertise and professionalism.

I ORDERED A REPLACEMENT LAMP FOR MY MITSUBISHI 82'' TV. THE HOUSING LOOKED REALLY CLOSE BUT WOULD NOT SLIDE ALL THE WAY INTO TV AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPS I FINALLY HAD TO PULL THE HOUSINGS APART AND PUT THE NEW LAMP INTO THE OLD HOUSING TO GET IT TO SLIDE BACK IN. EVERYTHING LOOKED IDENTICAL BUT THE NEW LAMP WAS A NO GO

We Ordered a Bulb & Unfortunately the warehouse shipped wrong buld :( ! Customer Service Fixed it Fast & took care of me. They Overnighted me the right 1 no extra charge for the overnight shipping! So far so Good Thanks for the Awesome Customer service.

I purchased a replacement lamp for my projector TV and it suddenly stopped working. It was under warranty. Within 5 days I had another one and was back up and running. Thank you Candice for your assistance.
