The whole salon gets along like family. Super nice massage chairs and is super clean with open feeling leaving you calm, relaxed & pretty. Many men come also.

My daughters and I have been getting gel manis with Chau and Wendy for about four years. Diana is the best for pedis. They are all very meticulous, clean, and professional. The salon is a fast-paced, but friendly environment. We always walk out happy!

I have been a customer there for many years, I go there because it's close to home and I don't have a lot of time, however, the women there only speak Vietnamese to each other and you can tell they are talking about the customers. Today I went and I asked the lady that put the plastic on one of my feet to tie it up as she usually does and she said "no it's OK I'm lazy I don't want to do it". She has always had attitude, but today was unbelievable. As she colored my toenails, I saw that the polish was dry and as she applied it, it was uneven on my toenails. I told her and she said it was the lighting even though I had use that color many times, and then she angrily took all the color off my toenails and aggressively reapplied, when she was done, She pushed her stool out-of-the-way and stormed into the bathroom without saying goodbye, or thank you. needless to say I will never be going there again. By the way, her name is Tiffany.

Wendy is such an amazing manicurist!! She does an absolutely amazing job every time I come in! She keeps what is best for your nails in mind which I think is rare. I will continue coming to her and will recommend her to anyone looking for a great set of nails!

This is generally my go to nail spot. It seems like my nails stay longer.... My kiddos like to go too. The only thing that irritates me is they always want me to pay in cash or Venmo. Sometimes I want to pay with my ATM card and the owner really doesn't like it and gets really pushy.

Why are they always in a hurry? Went in for pedicure and the girl cut my nails really short and didn't really shape them. ☹️

I visited KC nails as a walk in and was provided with great service. Tammy did my gel manicure and Diana did my spa pedicure. Both ladies were fantastic!! When my toe Polish didn't end up matching the gel Polish, Diana went out of her way to help find a close match which was perfect!! I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

I like how Tiffany does my pedicure, but when I called at the number in the website I did schedule my appointment 2 1/2 in advanced but When I got there the manager said She didn't know I had an appointment she asked to w come back half hr later believe was the manager who always answer the phone, I dont think is fear for me to come back when you schedule an appointment and they give an okay to that time.???

Love, Love, Love this little hidden gem of a place. #KCNails Always friendly and professional. I never have to wait even when I'm just walking in. My nails are always done without any imperfections or paint anywhere doesn't belong, the price is right and I'm always satisfied!!

I received a gift certificate to this place for my birthday. I redeemed it today and was very happy with the way Annedid my manicure and pedicure.She put extra coats until I was pleased with the darkness of the red color on my fingernails. Also her massage was the best!Services: Pedicure

I came here 9/14 got my nails and they charged me $70 for it. The next day I called them letting them know the nail polish that supposed to be gel was coming off. So, they agreed i can come in at 5pm. I was sitting there for 30mins the lady told me to leave and come back the next day because no one will do my nails. AFTER GETTING CHARGED $70 and waiting for 30mins for nothing. They didn't even say anything when I walked-in. So, I sat there patiently and waited for my turn just for them to tell me to leave and there's nothing they can do for me.
