“Great place to start your zero waste journey. I'm slowly transitioning to less plastic. I always get my laundry soap from Zero waste places like Eco now. I have a sensitivity to commercial laundry soap. It's nice to know they have options. They also have an Oxyclean alternative. They have lot of body care options like body scrubs and lotions. The have containers you can buy and also free donated cobtainers. You can bring your own containers. The associatea can help you weigh it prior to filling. The cashier was really nice and was able to answer all my questions. The new place is in Garden Grove. This was located in Anaheim prior. This place is located in the Community business park. Parking is somewhat limited but not that difficult. They also have a small parking lot. The store is located next to a Cafe and the restrooms are in the little shared park.”

As someone who can be quite particular (okay, DIFFICULT), I made the process of choosing tile very complicated.. but the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I came back after the first time with concerns, and they worked with me to find a better option when I wasn't so happy with the color. Which is something I should have been aware of myself from the get go but thankfully they had so much professionalism and patience to help me resolve. They didn't just meet my expectations; they exceeded them.

“Although this place is a bit run down they do have a variety of vanities to choose from and we were able to customize the vanity we wanted. They are back ordered and unable to keep up with demand so we had to wait a few days to get our vanity while others have been waiting over a month so call ahead before going. Still the cheapest priced bathroom vanities we have found so they get 4 stars”

“We're almost done with our bathroom remodel, having spent over $20K on Porcelanosa tiles, so here's our honest review.Porcelanosa as a company:Their showroom is amazing with top-notch materials.They estimated 8-12 weeks for delivery, and it took around 11 weeks, which was cool.But yeah, they're a bit on the pricey side.Here's the thing, their showroom isn't where you pick up stuff, and it got a bit complicated when we had issues at their warehouse.Service experience:You might've seen some Yelp comments about poor service, like "no one's helping me." It might be because they're swamped with emails and calls, but they could use a dedicated greeter or more help.When we first visited, we called ahead and talked to Val. That was a smart move, as we didn't feel ignored like some others did. On rare occasion where we did interact with other staff, we could kinda see why people had complaints, but they were probably very busy(?) but as long as Val was around, we were good.Val was super friendly and helped us out with tons of questions. We dropped by the showroom a lot, sometimes unannounced, but she always took care of us without getting annoyed.Things got messy during a warehouse pickup, and Val saved the day, even though it wasn't her fault. She's professional and will go to bat for us when needed.
