Wonderful service from the receptionists. We had an issue where they didn’t receive their payment because my insurance sent the check to the wrong bodyshop. They were very patient with us throughout the process, Joel was incredibly helpful in speaking to my insurance adjuster about the situation and they worked it out (Larry, my adjuster can be a hardass). The best we managed to do was sent an email with a picture confirmation that the check had been mailed. I feel terribly sorry that because my actions, we stalled their payment for what is going to be weeks from now but still they let me go to take my car. Beyond kind and professional, who did a wonderful job on the front right of my lexus. I love you guys and wish you the best!

This was the worst customer service experience ever. I do not recommend! They did not fully fix my car completely , took more days to fix the car than expected and Joel Cuevas was very rude to me when I brought up my concerns, my car had damages when I picked it up from the shop and Joel blamed it on me . ———As you said Joel when I let you know about the damages “my employees are not stupid and I’m not stupid ,you not the first one coming back after the repair complaining there were new damages “ I wonder why you get so many complaints .

Overall great experience. Went there because I got rear ended. Very responsive to walk ins and easy to schedule repairs and quick repairs. Constantly keeping me updated while my car was in the shop. They dealt with the insurance for the party at fault. They made an irritating situation bearable and easily manageable. Would highly recommend.

My third time bringing my truck here for body repair. The repair work is always top notch and the price is reasonable. They also wash your truck prior to returning it to you! Five stars as usual!

From the start everything was upfront and they were very responsive. I felt taken care of when enterprise took a long time to come pick me up the manager called them a few times to check where they were at. Repairs were done exactly on time from the original estimate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing I do wish, is that I would have received a call the day before to let me know if/when I could come pick up my car. I ended up calling after looking at the website for progress said it would be ready at noon that day. Would recommend to friends and family.

These guys were great from start to finish. They communicated everything that was going to happen and provided updates along the way through text and calls. Our 2021 Subaru rear damage was finished 2 days earlier than planned and looks as good as new. I would definitely return for future repairs. Great service.
